Great service.

Can't say enough good things- timely, professional, and knowledgeable about the icemaker repair we needed. Thanks Rick and Triangle Appliances!

Was assigned Triangle through Maytag service. Tech showed up in scheduled window, ordered part, and returned to install in agreed upon second time window. Washer works. Can’t really ask for more.

Triangle Appliance is professional and has done an awesome job for us! They are definitely the company we will use time and time again for appliance repair!

We had a coil go bad in our natural gas dryer; they came out and repaired it quickly and very professional. Then within days something happened and was not working properly again and the coil went bad along with another part and they repaired both without no extra cost to us even with the second trip out. Honesty and Integrity...the parts were under warranty and they guaranteed their service and labor. We were impressed and very satisfied.

My Frigidaire refrigerator went out and through the warranty program they sent Triangle. A man named Rick showed up and within 10 minutes he diagnosed 2 problems (freezer fan and display panel), left, and ordered the parts. Two weeks later he came back and installed both in less than 15 minutes, yes 15 minutes total and now everything works as it should. This guy will not waste your time and is very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend.
That being said, if you can figure out the fan in the back bottom of the freezer is out (it was making a grinding noise in the summer), I think you could quickly do the repair yourself in 5 minutes if you ordered a $8 fan motor. It's just 2 screws in the back of the freezer and you don't even have to pull the fridge out. Basically if the bottom of the freezer is like 0 degrees, the top of the freezer is like 50 and the fridge is like 50 then its the fan is not blowing the air up from the bottom of the freezer into the refrigerator. You can also put your hand in the fridge next to air freshener thing and you should feel a breeze and you should hear a fan running in the freezer.
But anyways, in summary Rick from Triangle was fantastic. Appreciate the service today. -
From the very beginning, I wasn't really impressed, but as time went on, and the service trips stacked up it got worse. We had a Frigidaire stove (would never buy Frigidaire again) and it stopped working correctly. They came out over 3 times and never fixed the problem. We ended up having to call another company that Lowes recommended us calling and they were able to fix the problem the first time. The appliance was under warranty so we didn't have to pay for anything, but they did waste a lot of our time by not knowing what they were doing and not calling us back multiple times when they said they would. If possible use another company unless your fine with multiple service trips dragging out over a month and poor customer service.

Total top off just trying to get your money without fixing anything.

Complete joke of a company. Run away from these guys as quickly as you can. Absolutely unbelievable experience with them. Don’t buy warranties in the first place as they rarely replace or fix what you ask.

I waited 5 hours for them today, and no call, no show. I called their offices 4 times, left a message twice, and nobody every answered the phone or returned my phone call. My advice: find somebody else. That's what I'm doing as we speak.

This place either doesnt exsist or has moved with no way to know. I called about my washer units rubber gasket based on the number of my appliance and had zero assistance from this company.

I needed a repair on my ovan. The tech came out on time. He figured out what the issue was. They have to order parts for it. Have not heard back from them and its been over 2 weeks.

You have to SAY UP FRONT on the phone you have a charge to come out to look at something, before you show up and say five minutes later that such and such is broken and that it's $100+ bill due right now for looking at it. Terrible business practice. That's why you're a 2 star company on Google.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Service tech came to our house a couple times each time never did any type of investigation just put new parts on. Caused the refrigerator not to cool properly and have lost several hundred dollars worth of food which the he refuses to except responsibility for. Extremely rude on the phone when I called to explain what was happening did not take any responsibility for this

Service repair from Lowes....waited 6 hours for a call to repair and no one showed. I'd called back to Triangle, left two messages and no response. Subsequently, I returned the refrigerator to Lowes and filed a grievance in accordance with their service tech company. Buyer be ware of this company.

Truly awful experience. I would give 0 stars if possible. We were referred to Triangle through Electrolux when our washer stopped draining. The tech has made 3 visits now. Each time they come out, look at it, say they need a part, and then leave. They've never once inspected the machine or done anything to even attempt to diagnose the issue. If it's possible to use anybody else, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Dryer not heating up. This was the company assigned by Maytag under warranty. Showed up, took the back off the dryer, told me the dryer wasn't heating up because the vent from dryer was incorrect. Said it was "heating up just fine when he checked." Yeah, it's not. I think he didn't want to do the work because it was covered under warranty still? Having another company out....

I would not recommend using Triangle Appliance at all. We scheduled to have our 2 year old Maytag washer front loader fixed and the repair guy came out on 3/18. It was a $70 service call and to fix the washer he said it would cost over $500. The part was supposed to come in on 3/25 and be fixed right of way. The repair guy came out and supposedly fixed the problem on 3/31 and we paid all that $. Just over a month later and the washer started doing the same thing it did before. The repair guy came back out and said nothing is wrong with it. He said to run some more laundry through it and if the code keeps coming up then to call him back. We gave it a week and we were still having the same issues. We called back and left messages in the morning and the repair guy did not get back with us until the afternoon. He informed us over the phone that it must be a different part that needs to be fixed now and to do that would be almost $300 to fix. He told us we should not bother spending more $ on our washer and to just get a new one! Really after you already took almost $600 of our $ a month ago and claimed to have fixed it the first time!! Apparently Triangle does not stand by their work! I would not trust their services!

"Repair" man, in my opinion incorrectly diagnosed my refrigerator problem. He told my wife that the issue was that the refrigerator needed a new drainage kit. After checking with Lowe's service manager, I was told that no such part exits. The man from Triangle spend all of 5 minutes at my house, incorrectly diagnosed the problem, and then, charged $75. for a"service call". I registered a complaint with Lowe's against Triangle.

I have had my kitchenaid appliances break twice while under warranty. The guy comes and looks at them, says he is going to order parts, and then does nothing to contact you. The first time it took four weeks to get him back out. This is the second time, and we are going on three weeks with no dishwasher and no contact. They don't have a phone number and he is unlisted when he calls on his cell, so I can't contact them. They don't leave any paperwork or business card to contact them. This place is shady, disorganized, and slow.

8 hour windows of service are not realistic. This is the third repair we have had to have on our brand new Frigidaire fridge and unfortunately Triangle is their service rep. Says they will be on site anytime between 8-5, we work full time, I cannot take a full day off work to sit at my house and wait. Repair man called at 8:04 from a blocked number and said he would be there in 15 minutes. We called Triangles main number TEN TIMES to try and let the repair man know how to enter the home as again, we could not leave work. NO ANSWER. NO CALL BACK. Finally the repair man called back an additional 15 minutes later to let us know that he left our house since no one was home. I explained what we requested and what needed to happen and that he could enter the house without us and he said there was no guarantee he would be able to make it back. SUCH a joke. This place is just the worst. As stated before we have used them (3) times now by force from Frigidaire and all three times have been an absolute headache.
