Mark was knowledgeable and answered questions we had about our Water Furnace Geo-thermal heating system. He performed the general service inspection that we had requested, and after his inspection he recommended one small proactive maintenance item be taken care of. He explained why it should be done and showed us the component he was concerned about. He had the device that needed to be changed on his truck and took care of it while he was here. He also did not attempt to sell us any add on items or service contracts that we did not want or need. He came when he was supposed to come, did what we requested he do, and clearly knew what he was doing. We highly recommend him.

Mechanical Extremes did a great job on installing a new tankless water heater for me. Alex and Drew were on time, professional and kept me informed throughout the process. I will be using them in the future for my HVAC needs.

I had the pleasurable experience twice in a short amount of time. HVAC maintenance with Marc Heibel and then Grant came to flush my on demand water heater that I thought was acting up. He noticed other things going on and poked around and discovered my well pressure tank was full of water which was causing the surging water pressures affecting the heater. I called Gordon’s Well service and they came next day and put in new tank and pressure switch. I recently had hip surgery and couldn’t get down in the crawl space to check on anything. I so appreciate Mechanical Extremes and the caliber of employees working for them. Thank you, Harold and Stacey Wilkes.

Had to have our hot water heater replaced. They were able to come out the next day to give us a quote and a few days later our new hot water heater was installed with in a few hours.

There were two installers that were here and they worked well and made quick work of the installation. I feel they went above and beyond, and made sure I was happy with everything. They were very perfessional and cleaned up like they were never here.

I was able to get an after hour service call on a cold Friday evening. I needed to get a furnace replaces and that happened very quickly. I would highly recommend.
