I got some ridiculous quotes from other well known companies before reaching out to Tocco Heating and Cooling. I have had zero issues after having both AC and furnace replaced, cannot recommend them enough.

Tocco Heating and Cooling is top notch. They provided excellent customer service for my emergency loss of heat situation. They have the knowledge and experience to diagnose the concern and provide the appropriate recommended action. They were able to assess my issue quickly and performed the work accommodating my schedule. They showed up on time, were very professional, worked diligently, reviewed the new set up and tech with me, answered all my questions to satisfaction (even helping me with rebates / credits info). I would highly recommend this company.

Filippo is a breeze to work with, price is right. They are on time, and do what they promise. Highly recommend for any of your heating and cooling needs. Recently the water heater at our rental went out, these guys had the new one installed within 36 hours of contact. They worked well with our tenant on timing, and made her happy. 5 stars!

They were responsive to the request, figured out the issue right away, proposed the solution by written estimate, and then performed the work efficiently and professionally. I am a business owner that works with contractors every day. I wish everyone could run a business as well as Tocco. I recommend them 100%. Tocco Heating and Cooling just replaced my furnace, AC, and hot water tank. They were prompt, courteous, and neat with their work. Everyone on the crew was polite and took time to explain what they were doing. Filippo is easy to deal with and doesn't push to sell the most expensive products. The pricing was good compared to other quotes and the service was great.

So pleased with Tocco Heating and Cooling! My furnace stopped working completely the weekend before Christmas. Filippo was able to get it running, thankfully. Monday Filippo and his team was able to install a new furnace. Great company to work with, very efficient and polite, took the time to explain the new furnace program and maintenance.
So grateful to have heat especially during the holidays!

Filippo is fabulous!! I have never dealt with a company that had such amazing customer service. Every time I would call or text him, he immediately responded to me. They installed our furnace, air conditioner and hot water tank. They cleaned up and left my home as if they were never there. He followed up that night and the next day to make sure everything was in working order and we understood how to use the equipment. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend Tocco Heating and Cooling.

Our A/C died sometime in the middle of the night on Saturday and by Sunday early afternoon is was 80 degrees, hot and humid! I called Tocco heating and cooling and they came out that day. Unfortunately for us our Unit was fried. The good news as that To co fit us in first thing Monday Morning. They were prompt, polite and protected our floors to avoid dirt or otherwise. I felt they were very reasonable in price. They even go the extra mile and register your unit for you to ensure that you are covered if something goes wrong at a later date. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Great service, Filippo has been willing to stop out after hours to help with emergency repairs. Very good prices and professional service, goes the extra mile with patience to explain the issue and do a solid repair work. Will be a return customer!

Fil and his team are excellent service providers. Turnaround for a complete new system(ac/heat/water heater) was less than a week (all installed in 1 day). In addition, he beat prices compared to larger competitors, installing the same high quality equipment. Area was left spotless when completed. Everything was installed in the winter but Fil reached out when the temperatures rose to ensure AC was working, too. He and his team gave a great customer experience and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC support.
