Great Dane Heating and Cooling has been our go to for all our HVAC needs and service. We subscribe to Great Dane care plan which always gives priority to their great service. Had our yearly furnace maintenance, it was a new Tech Jim for us but usual awesome Great Dane service. We got a great discount on furnace filters during the yearly open house.

I had my furnace cleaned and evaluated. The 2 techs that came arrived on time, were very considerate and explained everything. My furnace was installed 20 some years ago and going strong. Thank you Great Lakes Cooling and Heating. See you in the spring for the air conditioning unit.

We have an older furnace (25 yrs old at least). I can’t stress enough how the membership and maintenance appointments helps. We’ve had a couple repairs in the last five years but way cheaper than purchasing a new unit. Great Dane technicians are always so thorough and helpful. I appreciate the detailed reports. Highly recommend!

Had no water flow to my whole house humidifier. Called Great Dane and Nick came out and found the problem. He also gave me several hints about HVAC maintenance. He was both friendly and efficient. Great experience, great results.

So we had Shad come out to our home to do a panel upgrade. This kid was the most professional and knowledgeable electrician I've ever seen. Dummied it down so we could understand what the job entailed. Very professional. Sad I can only give him 5 stars.

They guys did a great job fixing my electrical but after they left I realized my furnace wasn’t working. I called the office and was told that to have the guys come back to find out why it wasn’t working I would be charged again after hours call or a HVAC service call! And asked if I could wait until the next day- with no heat in 20 degree weather! I discovered they had just forgotten to turn the furnace switch on. So all is well but not happy that they wanted me to pay for something that was their doing.

Service rep arrived on time was very cordial and ran all diagnostics in a timely manner. He explained what he was doing and readily answered all questions. He quickly sent a document with his findings and identified all services to consider. Price covered by DTE

Service was amazing, we had the technician Columbus at our house two times and he is a great guy!! He got the job done fast and efficiently and was an overall amazing technician. Thank you!

I had a great experience with this company. I had a fuse that kept blowing after getting a hot water tank installed. They fixed it and also got 2 outlets working that were not. Up front and reasonable with pricing. Also suggested to fix a few loose wall switches and sockets. Ended up getting a new outlet for tankless water heater so it would not be on an extension cord. Full service! Highly recommend!

Great Dane came out and gave me their honest opinion about which unit to go with, rather than try and sell me the top of the line unit. Price was comparable to other companies. Purchasing and financing was an easy process that took less than 10 minutes.
Installation was excellent. Jacob and his partner arrived on schedule and got to work right away. After installation he walked through the areas with me, which were clean of debris and all hoses and electrical were installed aesthetically pleasing, and answered any questions I had.

Clayton was great. After being ghosted by a different company I called Great Dane and they came out next day. I had an unusual issue with my hot water heater and he did not leave until he had it figured out. Highly recommend.

We called Great Dane on Tuesday (3/3) and had a new furnace and AC by Wednesday evening(3/4) . They were efficient, quick, communicative and so kind. Will not use anyone else for our heating and cooling needs.

Have had Great Dane come out a few times. Every time they told me my options and made suggestions (even if the suggestion was to not do anything). Recently, I had my first furnace tune-up as they were charging consumers/DTE instead of me. Dominic came out and showed me some video of issues that need to be monitored, but not addressed just yet. He was on time, polite and accommodating as I was working in the next room while he was here. He made suggestions about different levels of interventions and made sure I was all set for the weather to change. Highly recommended.
