CSI plumbing did everything to fit us in last minute and late in the day to fix our sewer backup. Dylan arrived and fixed the backup efficienctly and effectively. I'm so thankful for this company coming to my rescue. What I thought was a disaster in my flooded basement turned out to be an easy fix. I've had trouble with companies in the past trying to take advantage of being a single woman with little knowledge of plumming, electric, cars, etc. But they didn't do any unnecessary work or try to sell me anything I didn't need. They were kind, professional, and I felt safe with these men in my home which is not always the case. I would absolutely trust them to come back any time my house needs work done.

Highly recommend CSI. DJ and Paul came out to address our sewer backing up after another company said a clean out point had to be installed. Our house was built in 1929.
They were through, and used the right tools to clear the blockage. They cleaned up everything and explained what caused the blockage (we were worried that a pipe under the house collapsed).
Stress removed!

Hired these guys to replumb our house and they did an amazing job! They were highly recommended to us and we see why. Very professional and efficient. They answered all of my questions and kept me up to date with the progress. We will definitely be hiring them again for our future projects!

Very nice guys came out and did a camera scope and cleaned the roots out of my sewer line without having to hyrdo jet which saved me several hundred dollars over other companies that insisted on having to jet it. They were polite and knowledgeable. Did a great job and cleaned up before they left. I highly recommend.

I would highly recommend CSI for your plumbing problems. My son needed his main sewer drain snaked and scoped for damage if any. Dylan and Logan arrived a little earlier than scheduled after texting if it was OK to come by. The 2 of them were very professional and didn't leave till the drain lines were free of all the tree root obstructions which meant going back in 3 or 4 times with different size cutters... keep up the good work.
