Our building has used Mr. Poronga for a variety of sewer and drain issues over the past few years as we reside in a 100+ yr old building. They have been fantastic on service, promptness, and costs! Always transparent and honest. Highly recommend.

Mr Poronga is Amazing. We had a pipe burst late in the evening. When we called around no one was availible except Mr Poronga . they said they would have someone out in one hour. Indeed Otoniel arrived within the hour. He quickly assessed the situation, we thought he would just return in the morning to do the job. However, He worked late into the night to insure our family had a working Bathroom. The job was not yet complete but we had a bathroom. Otoniel returned in the morning to finish the Job and clean up everything. Afterwards he explain what had been done and any further instructions. Mr Poronga is a lifesaver

They are the best! I had a clogged sewer line. You could smell the sewage in the back yard. Christian came out and cleared big roots from the line and got things flowing again. Very fair pricing. Punctual, Knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He explained everything that caused this problem. As well as the solution. I will be calling them to replace my sewer line in the spring. Thank you Christian . You’re a life saver

Our 100 year old 12 unit building has been using Mr. Poronga services for at least the last 4 years, for regular maintenance sewer line snaking and drain cleaning, as well as small and large repair jobs on the sewer system. We have found their technicians knowledgeable, their prices reasonable, and their service prompt.

Grease kept backing up our drains in our restaurant, and we would get a clog every couple of weeks. Since then we got the sewer jet flushing, and haven’t had a backup since then.

Always a 5 Star experience with Mr. Poronga! We count on them for everything sewer or drain related. Highly recommend!

Water backing up multiple times, would come up and after plunging would go down a bit but after a while it would come back. Martin inspected the drain with a camera and found the problem, had it fixed within 30 mins after. Martin also left everything cleaner than he arrived.

Mr Poronga came the same day, and fixed the problem in no time. Colin was very helpful and did an amazing job!

David did a great job and at a reasonable price. Will use Mr. Poronga Sewer & Drain again!

Charly is awesome!! He installed a water heater, which he did an amazing job! He replaced valves, and did work at my parent’s property as well. He is very skilled, and his work is clean and professional, not to mention he is very courteous and kind! Charly is a true professional! Appreciate him and everyone at Porongas ! They are attentive and actually call you like they say they will 30 min before the tech arrives! Their prices are good too, highly recommend!

The technician/ PLUMBER,came out & knew right away what was happening.& Thankful he repaired the problem in a short time,...David was the plumber,and I will ask for David again for any more future plumbing work. Very personable, smart, a great listener, and amazing repairman. I was highly impressed, and I was very happy that my water was restored ! & in less than 4 hours! I STILL AM SO GRATEFUL to Mr Poronga ! ,; I will Call them again!

This is the second time we’ve used Mr Poronga. They are quick to respond and communicate throughout the project. The estimate was completed promptly by Otoniel and the project completed the same day.
Both guys were respectful of our home. They were very friendly. Upon completion, they showed us the new heater and explained what everything was and how it work.
Needless to say, we will call Mr Poronga again if necessary.

I was able to get same day service. The technician Charly was very helpful, thorough and knowledgeable during his visit. He was also very patient with handling my issues and answering all of my questions. Best plumbing experience I have had in 10 years

My basement was flooded and they showed up and pumped the water out and snaked the sewer line and cleaned my whole basement! I can't thank those guys enough for their incredible service and hard work! Thank you Mr Poronga you saved the day!

Big shout out to Mr. Poronga team had a blocked drain and they came out within 1 hour and solved and unblocked my drain. I am really happy with their service and professionalism will definitely use them again.

Last week, they fixed a broken sewer pipe outside our building. The job was completed swiftly and efficiently, the area was left exceptionally clean, and the cost for the service was indeed VERY reasonable. I will certainly reach out to them for any future needs.
