Great service and great prices I'd recommend this company to everyone I know

I called Kenny on a SUNDAY, and he arrived later THAT day. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He knew what the problem was right away and his cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend him, and if ever need, will absolutely call him 1st.

Kenny came out and diagnosed our furnace told me and my husband he would have to order the part, came out the very next day put the part on our furnace and now we have heat again thank you very much for your service, he was nice polite and professional, thanks again Kenny,

Worked with my schedule, went above and beyond to make sure my children and I had heat while waiting for the part to fix the problem, communicated every day until my heat was back working properly. He did all of that at a reasonable price. Recommend this company.

Heat wasn’t working he came in after about 30 mins he had my heat working just fine and wasn’t expensive at all. Would recommend to anyone that needs furnace or anything looked at thank you again now me and my girl are warm for the winter.

I called Budget Plumbing and Heating and spoke to Kenny after having already called two other businesses. Kenny came back with an estimate that actually made sense in my mind and far below other places. He didn't press work doing work that wasn't necessary. He showed up the next day, got the job done and left me with my AC in working condition again. I highly recommend this vendor for your needs.

After having many problems with a previous company. Kenny came by and quickly told me my problem. I questioned him, and he reassured me that what he advised was the problem and that he wasn’t to be paid until the problem was solved. Otherwise he wouldn’t be paid. YES, he diagnosed problem and fixed the problem, which was something 2 other companies could not. So yes I would definitely recommend Budget and Kenny for any problems moving forward!

It was 90 degrees outside and
my central air was not functioning properly. The system came on but it would not cool my home. Kenny came out the same day!! He was empathetic, professional and was able to quickly diagnosed the problem. He returned with a compressor and wala my home feels amazing. Great job!! You are now “locked in” and my “go to” for any future HVAC needs.

KENNY literally is the best in Detroit on time and flexible to your schedule great work ethic and gets the job down. That first cold day my heat wouldn’t come on i called it was kinda late but i explained to him that i have a new born and it was kinda of a emergency he came right out got the heat going then notice a few other problems and made me aware and i made a appointment and he came out and fixed it all. I used him this past summer for my a/c and he fixed that quick. 5stars does not cut it when it comes to budget heating and cooling i give him 10stars Thank you Kenny i will be referring all my friends family and neighbors to you .

I've used this this company for 3 yrs, Kenny's very professional, reliable, consistent, knowledgeable. His work is A1, if I could give him a 💯 🌟 I would. He's worked on my furnace, installed a water heater, and keeping my old boiler working in one of my rental properties. He's also replaced some pipes in the rental. Being a homeowner can be challenging, but when you can find the right companys to work on your home without having to worry about the quality of the work is a blessing. So yes I was blessed to find him, and I would recommend him to anyone who needs a well qualified professional furnace company. Man, my tenant and I really rely on him, and he always show up and show out. Ty again Kenny!!!

Kenny is awesome, he was the only guy to pick up the phone on my first call. He installed a new furnace and water heater the next day, no excuses and does what he has to do.
His prices were fair, I paid him in full prior to him showing up or even meeting him. He did what was promised and came back once my power was turned on to be sure everything was working as it should.

New to the area and our furnace failed. I called Budget Plumbing - on a holiday no less- and the owner answered. They came out and assessd the problem. They provided a fair price and courteous service. Would absolutely recommend and will work with again should the need arise.

I've been working with Kenny for the last seven years. We've done nothing but great, business together. He has rehabbed over 16 of my houses since then. Start to finish, beginning with ductwork with furnace and ac installations and then later re pipe and plumbing . Also during that time I've had him service all of my houses. Any time any of his installed furnaces needed service there was no service call, he just came out to tenants home. "Warrantied" As an out of state investor it's great to know that I've met and have had a great relationship with Kenny. Even though we have never met in these so many years. It's good to know I have found a great Hvac contractor in DETROIT. Amongst some of the others contractors, I've dealt with when he was busy. There's bad contractors and there are good contractors. Kenny I want you to know today your work and you being so helpful to my tenants who has a paraplegic daughter. She explained to me how helpful you were today. Quick Action! You're The Man!! You have shown me nothing less than what I expect from a good contractor and I'm going to keep our relationship, for the known future.

I called because my furnace went out. I got a professional response with timely service. He came out fixed my furnace as scheduled. I would definitely use this company again. He left my house a hour ago and I’ve already made 3 referrals. It’s not often you find this quality without incident.

Kenneth was good, he came when he said he would and he found the real cause my furnace kept cutting off, which was a bird. I had the same problem looked at 2 times by a previous HVAC repair person which didn't find the problem they kept repeating the same job. I would recommend him and I will use him again if need be. The price was descent I guess I don't know what it should cost for a furnace repair so for me it was reasonable. Thanks Kenny Great Job.

Absolutely fantastic company and owner! It is rare to have no complaints, and in fact, to be impressed with the prompt, friendly, and fair pricing of a contractor. I woke up at 7 AM to my house at 57°. I googled for a local company, and Budget came up as being nearby. I called fully expecting to get a voicemail, or some explanation as to why there would be an emergency charge, or they couldn’t see me for a week or something like that. Instead the owner answered promptly, and told me he could be there in 10 minutes. This was a little bit unique because I caught him before his appointments for the day. But he came in, diagnosed the situation, told me a price. He left for 20 minutes to get the part (only because it was unique part that he didn’t keep in the truck). came back, and at 10:30 AM, the whole problem is fixed. You almost never see service like that! 100% will recommend to all of my neighbors.

Kenny has been my go to HVAC guy for about 3-4 years now. He’s always professional and his work is great. He has completed work on more then 20 homes for me and i am completely satisfied every time. Even people i refer him to are pleased. His prices are fair and he explains what the problem is in detail and what he will need to do, to make sure its not a reoccurring issue. Highly recommended.
