Chevez did an installation for a new Furnace through HW, he did an excellent clean job from start to finish, he is highly skilled and professional, the process took couple hours and he was very thorough with the process.

What a wonderful experience. I called Chevez Bates and set up an appointment for a leaking outside spigot. When he arrived he quickly determined the problem and replaced the spigot and also installed a new shut off valve inside of our home. He followed up the next day to make sure everything was working properly. He will be our new HVAC and plumbing company.

I called Monday …. With a broken AC and 2 young children after a week of tempatures reaching upper 90’s …. I wanted to set up an appointment for Friday “when I get paid!” When the dispatcher and Chevez heard I had children,they offered me an option to come that day … and let me pay Friday …. They came and assessed it,and came back the next day like they promised “11pm at night … after working all day!” Very professional… I did my research … I wasn’t overcharged!!! And … the $150 that they charge for an assessment…goes towards your parts!!! I wish they were closer than they are because I would get them more business!!! Great Job guys! God Bless you …. I seen a couple bad reviews here… but there’s 2 sides to a story and what I experienced was totally different! I seen honest,dependable,hard workers! So a little grace is warranted !

Awesome experience! Quick, efficient and clean work. Super responsive and courteous. Was able to solve the problem quickly when we already had someone else out. Upgraded our water heater and installed new pipes for the larger size in under an hour. Would definitely recommend and work with them again!

Had an issue with my furnace not staying on and heating up properly. Made a claim through my home warranty insurance, and they contracted On Hand Mechanical for the repair. Chavez and his team were very professional, clearly explained their diagnosis of the concern, and completed the repair within a timely manner. While there was a minor issue after the repair, Chavez made the time to return later in the evening to ensure it got resolved quickly. He then called a couple days later to confirm things were still going well. Just great customer service overall. Satisfied with my experience and would recommend.

He clearly explained all our concern, and worked very hard to complete the new furnace within a timely manner, and clean up then. Needed help getting my furnace working and On Hand Mechanical showed up quick and got it working even quicker. Also had them install a tankless water heater and the results were just as good. Quality work and quick turnaround. Everything you could want.

The young man showed up on Oct 23rd to assess and recommend, took my $150 and has ghosted me ever since on sending me a written quote, setting a date/time to meet with him so that I can pay for the parts, and scheduling me for the install accordingly.

I wish I could negative stars. You will be lucky to get anyone to show up for your appointment. No-called-no-showed 3 times on us and anyone you talk to is unprofessional. Edit: not the incorrect company- phone number, name and location are all the same.
