Tom came out to check an AC problem at my house. After a short time, he found a freon leak in the a coil inside the furnace. Refreshing to see a mechanical tech trouble shoot a problem and not just replace parts.....

Our furnace went out late on a Saturday night. We called Sunday morning and had two technicians out right after breakfast. Thankfully, it was a quick fix, but they stayed on site for a while to make sure the furnace ran (and stayed running!). Thank you so much!

I was in need of a service part for a hot water tank. I called and spoke to Steve. Steve didn't sell the part, but he took the initiative to find it for me at a local distributor. He called me back in 15 minutes with a location and a price. Steve went above and beyond to help me, even though I wasn't a customer to Karolyi's. Very appreciated Steve...thank you!

I own and operate a Dairy Queen. One of my coolers went down. After contacting the after hours line Matt and another technician arrived. They diagnose the problem, gave me options and ultimately fixed my cooler and I’m back up and running. You can’t ask for more professional, prompt and all-around great service. I’ve used Karolyi’s for the past 6 years and have never been let down.

Had a flower cooler to be pumped out and they came to the rescue . We were last minute when we called and they moved their schedule around to accommodate me . The service was excellent Dane was our service guy . I was very happy with all their services from answering my call to doing the job right down to not charging me a arm and leg . Highly recommended them and would use them again .

Very professional business. No BS. Our heat went out. The same day two technicians showed up. Knowledgeable. The blower motor was shot. Very quick response to get one for a 32 year old furnace .Matt is personable. Texted me at every point. Would highly recommend to my family and friends.

Hired Karolyi's to replace our furnace after a fire. I provided the owner our insurance adjusters contact and claim number. They took care of all of the correspondence regarding the insurance directly. This is exactly what we needed during a very stressful time. Karolyi's technicians arrived when scheduled, were very professional and did amazing work. They even went out of their way to inform of us of other issues caused by the fire unrelated to their scope which I'm sure saved us some future headaches. Bottom line is they: were easy to work with, did more than was expected, completed everything as originally scheduled, kept us informed and honored their quotes. I would challenge anyone to find another contractor in any trade that checks all of those boxes.
