We called Diversified Heating and Cooling years ago when our water heater broke and, since then, they have replaced and maintained the water heater, furnace, a/c and humidifier in our home. I have been very happy with them. We have had a few of their techs over the years and they all do great work.

Knowledgeable and professional technicians. Installed a new boiler one year ago for us, as promised came back for a complimentary service today. Great communication with scheduling appointments as well as when the technician will arrive. I highly recommend Diversified Heating and Cooling.

I hired Diversified for a boiler issue, and Rochelle in the front office was very helpful in getting Nick, their boiler expert, to my house the same day I called. Nick did an excellent job diagnosing the necessary repairs and also put a rush on the parts needed for the next day repairs. I’m familiar with how boilers operate, but Nick still took the time discuss his thoughts on the unit with me.

We do our best to keep a clean home, so when Nick immediately put on boot covers after entering I was very pleased and thanked him for doing so because as a home owner, your home is your castle and it shows respect not to wear uncovered footwear in someone’s home. This may be a minor point to some, but it shows Diversified properly trains their technicians to ensure cleanliness and respect to customers.

I’ll be happy to see Nick for the next service appointment.

DHC is an outstanding company. Their service is excellent from the person who answers the phone to the technicians. I trust them and have always received the best quality service. I love the texts telling me about the technicians! They also excel at verifying and then keeping appointments.

I was impressed with how quickly they solved our situation. When your water heater dies on a Sunday you feel a sense of panic set in, but by Monday noon we were showering again. The gentlemen were pleasant, expedient and took care to keep our home spotless. EXCELLENT JOB!

I've been a commercial client of this company for many years. They have always been responsive and thorough in maintaining my rooftop hvac unit. Last March we did a home heating/ac upgrade in my home. Extremely clean and professional looking installation that got us through the end of winter and the warmth of summer without any issues. Just did our fall maintenance with Charles...Excited to save money in the long term with a more efficient system.

Charles with Diversified Plumbing was amazing! He was professional, detail oriented, and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. I felt like I was in good hands with him, and would be comfortable having him work on my water heater for any issues!

Our technician Charles was so professional. He explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He was also very professional and polite. Diversified Htg & Cooling and their team are always so easy to work with which is why I continue to use them for repairs and the maintenance for my HVAC system. I highly recommend them 🙌🏼

Sry friendly, professional, and efficient. Also was very good with fair pricing and came in under the estimate. Also, they installed on Christmas Eve which wasless than 24 hours after the initial hot water tank leak and subsequent phone call. Well Done!! And this was for my 90 year old dad and they treated home with great respect and made him feel safe.

We experienced some issues with our
furnace so I searched on Google for the best Heating and Cooling businesses. I found DHC as one of the 10 best companies and I read some good reviews. I chatted online and made an appointment and they were able to schedule me the next day.They sent Nick Gillim, the technician, who found the problem right away. He explained it very well what the problem with our old furnace was. Nick did an excellent job! He promised that next day that they would install a new furnace. As they promised, early morning Gonzalo Caceres and Nelson arrived on time to uninstall the old one and installed the new one. I can tell Gonzalo and Nelson are well experienced and knowleagble technicians, especially by the way they explained the issues to me. Gonzalo and Nelson did an excellent job.They did not leave the place without making sure they cleaned it well alao. Thank you DHC! Nick is wonderful! He has been out to service my AC unit twice and has gotten me back up and running quickly both times. He takes the time to explain what he’s doing and he explains the potential causes of the problem, which is very reassuring to me. I love the fact that he knows my system and already has the parts that I may need with him. This level of service is something that you would expect in the past, but it’s very refreshing to see a company with this kind of service today.

Always dependable. Always available. And Scott Krause is outstanding if you get him on your service call.

We had Charles over for our maintenance plan. He went above and beyond to make sure our service is running properly now and for the future. I would definitely recommend Charles and Diversified Heating & Cooling to any homeowner in need.

Scott and Dontaye completed my HVAC system maintenance a week ago. They were extremely knowledgable, explained exactly what my system needed and what they had accomplished. Going into the winter season, it is reassuring to know that my system is up and running efficiently. I appreciate their professionalism and work ethic and highly recommend both technicians and Diversified Heating and Cooling.

I have never been happier to write a review. We were totally in a dilemma our furnace went out on one of the coldest days this year. After reaching out to diversified they were able to send someone out within a few hours, and schedule for an installation of new furnace within two days. The technician Johnny Ray was very patient and thorough. The installers were on there way at 7:30 am, so appreciated our scheduled time was btwn 8-4:30. Installers was completed by noon. I will be recommending this company for any heating and cooling needs. Also we plan to get additional work done. Thanks Again to the Team You we're amazing.

Extremely satisfied with Diversified Heating & Cooling. If I could give them 10 STARS I would! The company is extremely professional and responsive. I live in Florida and called them to see if they could see what the issue was with my parents AC in Dearborn Heights. They diagnosed and serviced my parents AC the same day! Richalle was extremely helpful in getting a technician the same day. Charles the technician explained everything and was honest with what was the issue with the AC. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND DIVERSIFIED HEATING & COOLING FOR YOUR HVAC ISSUES!!!!

We have used DHC for 9+ years now. All their technicians have been professional and thorough in the work they do. Scott was here today servicing our AC units. We were having some issues with one of the units and he took the time to troubleshoot and figure it out. Appreciated his attention to detail.
