Mike and his team did a great job building us a solid flagstone patio that is sure to last and adapting to the challenges presented both from the pandemic and the jobsite it's self.

Mike and his crew were very timely and thorough while installing new flooring in my home. He did a great job of being transparent with the whole process and incorporating my feedback at each design hurdle. Highly recommended.

Mike and his team were above and beyond any of our expectations. During the initial consultations Mike made sure to ask relevant and specific questions to ensure he understood our family’s needs and helped guide our design. His wholistic approach provided us with an amazing finished basement that has truly become the focal point of our family time.

Mike Williams Renovations turned my tiny 6x6 kitchen and crowded storage room into one big beautiful light-filled kitchen/entertaining/workspace area. My home has a very small footprint and now feels open and wonderful. He repaired a very serious structural issue that kept me awake at night and had beautiful creative solutions to any problems that arose. Unlike most contractors, he was an engineer first and is meticulous about details. I highly recommend him. (Before and after - range hood is not delivered yet.)

I called Mike because I was looking into finishing our basement - there was a ton of work that needed to be done. Mike is an excellent communicator - truly helps you become an educated customer and simplifies the process as much as possible with the utmost transparency in his recommendations. He's proactive when working with you which helps you feel like he truly puts his customers first. We started out with a quote for the entire basement but ended up landing on just electrical work (for now, due to budget constraints) and he delivered amazing results. He and his team worked swiftly and professionally and I also love when businesses clean up after themselves. They left the space tidier than when they arrived. I know that once we are able to, we'll be returning to Mike to finish the rest of our basement - one step at a time! I would recommend him to anyone whos' reading this!

We had water damage in our finished basement and Mike and his crew restored our space to be more beautiful than before. He also updated our 1947 bathroom to repair the plaster walls and ceiling and install a fan and we LOVE IT. Working with Mike is easy, and he always updated us on the plans and work. He helped us navigate our insurance claim and was extremely professional. He made sure we were 100% satisfied at the end of the job. We will use Mike Williams Renovations again.

Mike Williams of Mike Williams Renovations, LLC and his crew just completed a new two car garage build and a bioswale on my property. A 100 year old tree came down on my garage, totaling it. Mike was on my property the same day. He secured the garage and worked with me and my insurance company to get the job done. Talented and artful, skillful, meticulous and respectable are just few of the many positive traits Mike and his crew demonstrated as they worked on my property. From the initial contact and throughout the job Mike was very professional and personable. His knowledge and abilities regarding all the details and stages of building were very evident. My surrounding neighbors had only praises for Mike and his team. “They are so quiet and neat” was heard from several neighbors. Mike helped me to feel at ease throughout the project. Mike is the builder for your next job. I can’t wait to have Mike Williams Renovations tackle my future projects.

Mike and his team did a great job tiling our main bathroom floor. When concerns or issues arose he gave us several options to address them. He also identified potential plumbing issues that he was able to address during the project. They did an excellent job of keeping the house as clean as possible during the process.

We couldn’t be more thrilled with the results of our kitchen, bathroom, and entryway renovation by Mike Williams Renovations! This is the second major renovation that MWR has completed for us, and we wouldn’t dream of working with anyone else!

• Excellent communication – including daily calls, texts, and pictures of progress, as well as daily in person meetings to update us, at the end of the day. I like how he involved me in all decisions, giving options, but also being open to our ideas of how to resolve issues.

• Transparent and fair pricing – The extremely detailed estimate outlined exactly how much we would pay for each specific component. When we requested changes and additional work, he updated the bid and shared it in a timely manner. He encouraged us to ask questions about the estimate and respectfully and patiently answered all. I appreciated having materials allocations, allowing me to pick out and purchase most of the materials, with Mike’s input and guidance, as needed.

• Trustworthy – I felt completely comfortable having Mike and his team at our house, while we were at work. I was confident that work would be done to the highest quality. Mike consistently asked if we were 100% satisfied with the work. He seems genuinely excited and proud of his work and wants his customers to be as well.

Second, the renovation was completed with superior craftsmanship and impeccable execution. Mike used lasers to level the cabinets and handles, to ensure exact precision. The countertop fabrication and installation were flawless. The tile work on the bathroom floor, bathroom wall, dining room wall, and kitchen backsplash was meticulous, despite the complicated hexagon and herringbone tile patterns.
With no hesitation we give Mike Williams Renovations a 5 STAR REVIEW. MWR will be our first, and only call, when we are ready for our next home renovation.
