Yesterday Jeff came out to repair my heater and he was very fantastic! He is very knowledgeable, friendly, dedicated, with a keen attention to detail. He cared more about my heating system than I did which is the highest compliment I can give and made sure everything was running perfectly which I really appreciated. Last summer, Sublime Heating & Cooling firm dispatched their technician Joe to fix a fan in my conditioner. He arrived on time and performed a fantastic job! I also enrolled in one of their maintenance plans, and I specifically asked Joe to look after my air conditioner throughout my maintenance agreement. About a year has passed, and the upkeep of the air conditioner is going smoothly. I am so satisfied with the service.
