I would like to personally thank Todd, Tyler & Miciah for everything they have done in the past 48 hours. My families furnace unfortunately had a crack, after shopping around I finally figured this would be the best company. We are so SATISFIED and grateful for the hard work, dedication, patience, and warmth they brought. Starting from my initial phone conversation I was elated for them to arrive. Miciah came and was very honest and made me feel comfortable in an area I am very uneducated in. He was completely honest and open in every single step showing me the issue and letting me know we could finance for low monthly payments! Once we found we needed a new AC Unit & Furnace they immediately came in and begin our financing portion. Within 24 hours Todd and Tyler arrived. They were just as family oriented, careful, hardworking and informative. As a home full of women we were all comfortable and safe feeling which is the icing on the cake. High quality work, neat and organized. Furnace and AC took less than a day to install. They were very complete reviewing the system with us and answered any questions. David was great to work with. Communication was strong throughout the entire process. Great company, I highly recommend.

Justin and Rudy arrived on time (to my Lincoln Park home), we’re professional, courteous and encouraged me to ask questions during the installation. Removal of the old unit and install of the new Rheel 95% high efficiency unit took approximately 6 hours, and the gentlemen left the space clean. I am a very happy customer.

Superior is a great company. Our air conditioner stopped working and we knew it was time for a new unit. We called and had an appointment two days later Bryan was at our house and had an estimate the same day with install date within one week! Bryan was very knowledgeable and listened to all our needs, we really appreciate all his help. Kaitlyn was also super helpful with billing and was very helpful and had super fast responses to all emails/calls. The install date came and we had Tyler S. and Rudy A. who installed our new system and tankless water heater in two days. They both were very efficient, stayed late to get the job done, and were very professional/friendly. We will definitely use them for all our future projects/repairs.

Scott and his team have helped us with many scenarios and projects. They are very responsive, affordable and extremely knowledgable with HVAC. I would not trust anyone else to be fair and honest. Look for the teal truck with the adorable bears!!

Phil was prompt and a fantastic tech. He walked me through everything he was doing and why he was doing it. Showed me voltage ranges and what was good and bad and what needed attention. Phil went above and beyond and earned his rating!

My entire experience from the free estimate to the install of my new furnace was phenomenal! I can't say enough about the personal experience I received. I highly recommend Superior Comfort for all HVAC needs!

We had our AC, furnace, and water heaters replaced, and our ducts sealed and insulated, and Superior gave us a great deal for everything as well as a financing offer. Justin and Donald came to our place in Flat Rock and from the start were courteous, professional, and respectful of the property. They put down cloths to protect our floors and stairs, took care to fold up area rugs so they would not be trampled, and were communicative throughout the process (letting us know when water would be turned off and back on, what parts they’d be working on each day, answered all of our hundreds of questions, and demonstrated all features before they left). They cleaned up after each work day, and I even commented that things were cleaner after each day than when they arrived! We’ll definitely call on Superior again if we ever need more (and they’ll be servicing everything they just installed). Highly recommend!

From my first emergent call to the techs arriving at our door, only a few hours passed. We are so appreciative they could help us same-day. The service was quick, professional, and stress-free. Great service. Miciah was prompt, knowedgable, and even taught me a few things about my furnace while he was out. SCH&C will definitely get future business from me. It is so refreshing to have fast, friendly and knowledgeable service that approaches things from a customer first perspective.

Timely, professional, honest, and kind. Beat out other quotes I got. Better warranty on the units we went with compared to other quotes. Had a whole home system replaced and it’s amazing. Took a week to turnaround a quote to install. Install was a bit complicated and took 2 days, but the installers did great work. My installers, Tyler and Rudy were outstanding. Very pleased with the work. They took pride in making it look like a high end professional install. No corners cut. Bryan quoted us the system and he did great also. No hassle and understood our needs. System works great. Bryan even text back and forth in off hours to make sure we were getting what we wanted. Financing was a breeze. I highly recommend Superior Comfort.

John was amazing. He was able to diagnose the problem and get it fixed quickly, and it was a very reasonable cost. Overall, we could not have been happier.

We just had our furnace serviced by David Barnes a friendly and charismatic technician who took the time to not just talk with us but also made sure to take the time to break down in detail what was wrong with our furnace but also took the time to break down the pricing along with recommendations. Over all very happy with the service and enjoyed working with the technician who came out.

We have been customers of Superior Comfort for 5-6 years now. Fall checkups, reasonable, usually have the same technician which is nice and reassuring. Service for problems handled quickly. Highly recommend.

What a GREAT company ! My humidifier which is attached to my furnace was not working. Brian came and explained what happened, he cleaned & replaced the hose to my humidifier. Seems a previous HVAC company that cleaned my furnace for maintenance never checked my humidifier. Brian took the time to explain what had happened since the "other company" didn't check the humidifier and answered all of my questions & concerns. Kudos to Brian & Superior Comfort Heating & Cooling.

I just had a new AC and furnace put in. I couldn’t recommend this company more. The guys that came out. Gavin Jimmy and Hunter were very professional friendly explained everything that they were doing. They were absolutely wonderful thank you guys for everything.

Superior came out to do an inspection on a rental property, and the service tech was one of the most professional and knowledgeable inspectors we have ever had. We will definitely be calling them again in the future. In this one home it was a boiler type heater. We will be calling them to clean and inspect a couple of other furnaces that will soon need inspections. This home did require some repairs; the technician had the parts available and was able to do the repairs the same day which made the home safe. Would like to give Ryan credit for this service call.

Superior Comfort, LLC furnace installers did quality work. The area was left clean and everything was completed in a timely and professional manner. My mother was pleased with the service, and based on our experience, I would confidently recommend Superior Comfort and use them again in the future.
