Jacob M came out to fix my appliance and did an amazing job. Jacob was professional, friendly, and explained everything in a way I could understand. The repair was done quickly, and everything works perfectly now. Highly recommend him if you want the job done right the first time! GREAT company:) thank you Detroit Appliance.

I had a great experience with this place! The tech Tyler was sent as part of a recall to fix our A/C unit. He was very efficient and explained all that was happening while completing the repair. Very professional and personable. Definitely would use them again!

Gerald did great job i had a issue with my fridge not closing Gerald came out and he found the issue was just my shelves was not positioned right causing my door to be push back upon. I'm glad I did not need parts

I called this company for my washing machine repair. They came out explained the issue. Gave me my options and had it fixed two days later. They ordered the part and had me up and running. They communicated well and cleaned up after. Great experience easy company to work with.

Detroit Appliance came to my home to fix my refrigerator as part of my DTE SERVICE Appliance Plan. Tim came out quickly, got right to work and dug in to find the problem. He found a solution and fixed the problem before he left. I’m very happy with Tim and Detroit Appliance.

Detroit Appliance was the go-to for my DTE service plan. First time working with this company. The technician, Tyler, alerted me when heading our direction. He was friendly, courteous, and quickly got to work. Found the issues with both the dishwasher and the dryer and got corrected or part ordered to complete next week. He was in communication with the other members of the team. They coordinated options and discussed parts availability. Would absolutely suggest this business, especially if Tyler is representative of the field team!

The service repairman Gerald K. was personable as well as knowledgeable. He shared what was causing the issues with my fridge and solutions then proceeded to evaluate and repair my clothes dryer in a timely manner explaining as he went.

Espy was great helped me a lot very friendly and personable I just needed repairs and had so many questions and she really took her time to make sure I was prepared

These guys are really good at their job. I called them out on a Wednesday and they looked at my dryer. The needed to order a part. They ordered what I needed and the part arrived five days later and they got right out to make the repair. They were prompt,communicated and I will definitely use them again in the future. The repair cost me 350 but it was better than having to buy a new appliance.

Fast response and great service! William got back to me right away wien I requested service online (and it was after hours). Daniel, the tech who came out a great. He told me exactly what the problem was and how I could fix it myself. I did what he told me to do and it worked! Highly recommend this company!
