Our house had not had a thorough deep cleaning since the proverbial cows had come home. The surfaces were addressed through a regular service, but with two cats, and windows open during the warmer weather, the carpets were embedded with dirt, grime, dust mites, and kitty fur. (No wonder we were constantly coughing and sneezing!) After Neil and Kenny got through with them, however...after having to clear their filters multiple times...they were fully restored to their former glory. The icing on the cake was watching the beautiful views of our garden take on new life as each window was left sparkling, both inside and out. We were thrilled with the results and highly recommend Neil and Kenny of likeNU to anyone seeking to refresh their lives.

Had a visit from Evan and Chadd who cleaned my hall, stairs, landing, and living room carpets. Very professional, friendly, polite, and hard-working. Getting him back soon to clean my upholstery...

The technician Devonte did a very thorough job of both cleaning the carperting in several rooms, and getting out stains - the carpeting was so bright and even denser in feel once it dried. He also did a very nice job of cleaning an old couch, that also gained a renewed brightness.
Additionally, Devonte was professional and very patient with me. I had intended to get a few things done and out of the way before he arrived, but had run late. He worked with me in allowing me to do these things before he then cleaned the area, which I really appreciated. He presented as making a conscientious effort and taking his time to do a great job.

We have used LikeNu for several years and have always been happy with the services. We are fortunate to have over 500 guests dine in our restaurant every day. That takes a toll on our carpet. LikeNu gets it "Like New" every time and certainly has contributed to the longevity of our floor covering.

My restaurant has been contracted with Like NU since 2014! Our carpets look BRAND NEW after every appointment. Request their best service rep Mario (makes a difference). Like-Nu is prompt and professional unlike most of their competitors.
BONUS: they participate in an awesome barter program with loads of other small businesses.

On December 17, 2020, Neil came to my Mom's house in Troy and cleaned 2 chairs. He was on time, very professional, and did a wonderful job. The chairs look and feel great. Thanks Neil. If we need anymore cleaning services, I will definitely keep likeNU in mind.

These guys are absolutely fantastic!!!! my carpet was destroyed from my two huskies and they came and got every single stain and mark out. my living room looks just as good as it did when they first laid the carpet ! I will definently use them again .

It is always a pleasure to have a service done by individuals that want to go above and beyond. LikeNu always does a good job regardless of who shows up. Devonte did my condo today and he took a personal interest in working hard to get some stains out of carpet. When I went to move some furniture he insisted to move himself. He was very careful with the hose to not scrape wall corners. And when he left he wiped down the water over-spray off the adjacent hard surfaces. Thank you for making today a happy carpet cleaning day.

I had my gutters cleaned on my home a few days ago. Neil was very thorough and went above and beyond for me. He tightened the gutters that were loose. I am very happy with this company and will definitely call them again in the future!

Like Nu Cleaned my 27 year carpets which have never been cleaned. They came out very good. I plan a using more of thier servics soon. Thanks for the great job

Like Nu just cleaned my Tile thru out my house I am totally satisfied with the job they did.

great service. the guy was fast but did a fantastic job.

Last week we had our large sectional couch and carpets cleaned. They were able to get our appointment in promptly on short notice. The service was wonderful. She worked very hard for hours on our couch. The cleaner did not stop until the job was thoroughly complete. They are professional, friendly and have very reasonable prices! We couldn't have been more satisfied. Highly recommended!

Very prompt and efficient service. Dave came out on a cold day to clean our gutters.
He did a great job with no mess, cleared downspouts and worked quickly.
It spared me from a necessary task that I have no desire to do myself! I would call LikeNu again for this and any other service they offer!

What an amazing company to work with. We have used them on multiple jobs and they are always on time with a great attitude. Had the pleasure working with Devonte and this guy really loves his job. He was not in a hurry. Took the time and went above and beyond to make sure it was 120%. This is not typical these days. Hats off to the outstanding work you and your team are doing.
