Drain Detectives is a rockstar team when I needed them most. From initial calls, to scheduling, real-time updates to arrival, and expert professional insight when things were their worst in our home. Adam was very helpful and knowledgeable and as a first time home owner, he made me feel relaxed and calm through the process of main sewer line issues.

Will definitely recommend Drain Detectives to anyone.

Drain detectives have been out to my house a couple of times to fix some plumbing issues. They always come out right away and provide great service. Adam and Rick were great. Won’t call anyone else!

I really like Drain Detectives. They gave me the best price by far of any plumbing contractor I called. They responded quickly and did a professional job. The work they did passed inspection with the City of Warren the first time. I couldn’t be happier. I will definitely use them again. Highly recommended!

Had to call for help for a backed-up sewer line on a Sunday! Jon responded within minutes and arrived in 45 minutes, just like he told me. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and skillful. And neat, with no mess when he left. The fee was very reasonable. I recommend Drain Detectives with confidence.

The technician came with very short notice and they solved the sink grease problem within like half an hour. The tech even gave me advices on how to maintain my sink. Very cool, would do business again but i don't even know if ill need them again in a while.

Excellent work and lightning fast. Called at 1am when we discovered the issue, and they were out by mid-day - on a Sunday. Tech was awesome - friendly, fast, clean and knew his stuff. Took him less than an hour to get us back up & running. Will definitely use them again.

Water heater broke and I called my plumber but they were unable to come out same day so I googled plumbers and Drain Detectives came up first. After reading reviews and saw they were a family run business, I picked up the phone. They were at my house 3 hours later and got the job done! They were courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. Paul even called and registered our new tank for the warranty so we didn’t have to! Very reasonable price too. We will definitely use them again!

Drain detectives went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. They were fair and reasonable with pricing. They were professional in their explanation and recommendations of the necessary repairs and effectively completed the work in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to call on them again.

The receptionist returned my call promptly on a Sunday afternoon and was able to dispatch some within the hour. Tim was very professional, thorough, and solved our issue. Even though this was an emergency call on a weekend, they were completly fair and reasonable in pricing. They even followed up a day later to make sure everything went well. We will most definitely call Drain Detectives next time we need something.

Have had drain detectives come out a handful of times for clogged drains. Most recent time they had to remove and reset the toilet. Very positive experience. They took off their shoes upon entering the home, patiently listened to me explain the issue and asked some questions, and then explained what they thought they needed to do and the cost. On the way out, some of the equipment dripped a few drops on the floor, and the young man immediately went to the truck and returned with floor cleaning spray and a rag. Will continue to use whenever I have plumbing issues.

I was extremely satisfied with the speed of service and with the quality of service provided. The tech that came to my house was named Adam. I thought he went above and beyond. I'm extremely handy and do most of my own work , but I would give the drain detectives a 5 out of 5 and would call them again.

Drain Detectives customer service is friendly, knowledgeable, and their response time was amazing! Their service tech was here quickly, courteous and explained everything, so I could make a good decision. No hidden extras or exsorbident amount of fees. He did quality work with fair prices. I called at like 7pm got a quick fair price on what I needed done. The plumber came out within 48 hours because it was not an emergency. Each person I spoke with was very polite. The plumber was very quick with replacement and cleaned up after himself. I will definitely use drain detective again if I have any problems.

Adam was friendly, efficient, and answered all the questions I had. Issue was fixed the first time with an explanation and even advice on how to prevent it from happening again.

Only negative I have would be the quote to actual price being so different for the issue to be exactly what I was quoted for on the phone. Still, the price wasn't unreasonable, just unexpected!

Top notch customer service, both on the phone and in-person. Adam did an outstanding job on-site. Even after clearing my basement backup, he continued to run the snake all the way to the street. Above and beyond! He also helped me to identify an issue with my sewer without my even asking him to do so. Drain Detectives is the place to call if you have plumbing/drain issues.

I called to have worked done on our toilet. I was able to get an appointment right away. The gentlemen was very polite and completed the work efficiently and within a short period of time. He explained the issue and what was needed to resolve it. He made sure I understood and asked if I had any questions. I appreciate the courteous and efficient service. The price was reasonable. They also called to follow up a few days later. I would recommend and will definitely be using them in the future.

Truly amazing company. Mike was our technician and he was amazing. He was a true professional delivering excellent service and quality work. As far as plumbers go, Mike is by far the best I've ever used and I've used plumbers in multiple states. We will definitely recommend him and Drain Detectives to everyone we know!

I want to give a shout out to JT! He was so fantastic working with us! He was upfront about possible costs depending on the difficulty of the repair and was incredibly thorough regarding plumbing maintenance. Super friendly and professional and I definitely plan on asking for him if we ever need any additional services! Kudos and thanks for doing such a fantastic job! It's nerve wracking having to deal with issues like plumbing and he did a fantastic job getting the job done!

I’m delighted to have found Drain Detectives. I’ve used them twice. They were able to immediately identify a problem that 2 other contractors were unable to identify. For our second service call, they were able to come out the same day, were very courteous and again, got the job done. The pricing was reasonable for both jobs. I will definitely call them again.
