Great experience! Sharon’s HVAC technician was able to quickly identify and correct my furnace issue. I had heat again in moments. He was prompt, professional, and retained an organized, clean workspace which he left in good order after completing the job.

It was time to have our Navian Tankless hot water heater drained and cleaned. Tech was here next day and on time. He did a great job and even fixed a small problem with my furnace humidifier for no additional charge. We love Sharon’s!

I needed a new furnace and Sharon's made the process very easy. Their estimate was the lowest and they installed my new furnace and removed the old one. My furnace is in a crawl space so not an easy job. My installer was Ian and he was great. I would definitely recommend them.

The technicians were very nice and thorough. The price was fair. My house had hot and cold spots, so the techs made a few adjustments. We will see in the future if those adjustments solve the problem. Either way Sharon's gets 5 stars for their knowledge, price, & promptness.

This was a second quote, for some repairs, for my furnace for a noise I was hearing. The first company told me I needed to replace parts though I wasn't showing any problems of running. Sharon's was very honest. I didn't need any replacement parts and the noise was fixed by tightening some screws on a nine year old furance.

The 2 gentleman that installed my ac unit were not only courteous, but very knowledgeable, polite and kind.
Charles and the other technician were respectful when entering In and out of the property and ensured I was aware of all of the work down and also showed me the maintenance needed after the installation step by step

I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Furnace inspection, and cleaning

I can say this company prolly has some of the best customer service out there and a owner who genuinely cares, which in this day an age is very rare. The technician Scott was extremely knowledgeable and even took the time to try and explain to me how things in my furnace worked. Overall great experience and happy I found a company I can call for heating and cooling needs that I can trust.

Great great great service. Talked with Nikki on the phone and she was personable and understood all of my concerns. She offered ways to save money and time. She was just a real “human” that wasn’t only worried about making a sale.

I contacted them by text on a Friday night and immediately received a reply. It was not an emergency so they called me first thing Monday morning and set up an appointment for that day. Showed up on time and took care of the issue quickly. Very knowledgeable and explained things well. Made sure we had no more questions before leaving. Highly recommend. Very reasonable prices.

Our furnace has been acting up and I searched YouTube for the issue, ordered and replaced the igniter sensor. That didn’t fix the issue. My Sister in law had a great experience with Sharon’s Heating & Cooling so I called Sunday morning and within the hour they were here and replaced the pressure switch, problem solved. Great service. Scott their technician was super friendly, explained everything he was doing in detail, fixed the problem and tested the furnace multiple times to make sure that was the only problem.
UPDATE:
It’s February 2026 and once again our furnace is not heating. We bit the bullet and called Sharon’s heating and air conditioning to replace our 20 year old furnace. They responded immediately. We had a great meeting with their salesperson Diane and installation was scheduled immediately the next day. Ian and Karis arrived on time, protected our home and about 4 hours later we had a new furnace. Ian and Karis did a great job. The new furnace is physically smaller so they had to modify the sheet metal. They explained everything they did and went over maintenance things that I can do. Very professional, they left our basement spotless. I highly recommend Sharon’s Heating and air conditioning.

Mine was a really ill timed situation of the furnace breaking on Thanksgiving day. Sharon LLC was able to pick up my call. Yes, schedule fees was twice the rate so not a happy person there, but the engineer was at the house as promised….before 10am.
Richard Burke is really knowledgeable and nice to work with. He did go through the issue, diagnosed and solved the problem…but made sure to test thoroughly.
Overall, good experience and would recommend their services. Nobody cares about fancy websites or AI based appointment makers if services are not available when u need it. Sharon LLC keeps their word. I would trust them.
