We had two foundation cracks that were letting in some water. John came out, dug two holes and filled and sealed them. He put all the dirt and mulch back (you would never know that there were two giant holes in the ground). It was half the price of other quotes I had received and he was professional and responsive. Highly recommended

I had a crack in my foundation that was leaking water. They came out quickly, looked everything over, and sent a proposal. The estimate was a good value for the work. The work was done well and fully documented with pictures. Would use again!

I highly recommend Georgetown Waterproofing. They came out to help me in 2010 after I got flooding in my basement. They quickly identified that it was one of my egress windows where the window well had been improperly built. They tore out the old one and built a new one properly to prevent further leakage, and we've never had the problem again. Then I recently had need of their services again and they again handled it with professionalism.

I moved into my home about a year ago now and had water leaking in this winter. I learned that the previous owner had a warranty through Georgetown Waterproofing, so I called them to see if they would come look at the problem that they had previously addressed.

There were other issues (sloping yard and clay soil) that were causing more water to come in. Georgetown Waterproofing stuck to their word and came back to my property to do a very large exterior waterproofing job (for free through the warranty) to prevent further water from leaking in. In addition to this, they even made certain to put my gate on my fence back even though it was quite a difficult job. They didn't just leave it though. They made sure that everything was working and looking good.

I highly recommend this company. They were good with their word and communicated well throughout the process!

Georgetown Waterproofing repaired a crack in my foundation that had been leaking. Getting an estimate was quick and easy. They scheduled the work in a timely manor. I was not home when the work was done so they sent me pictures of different stages of the repair so I could see the work was done properly. I was recommended to use this company by our builder after we found a crack in our 3 year old foundation that was leaking water. John was amazing to work with and fit us in last minute even though they were extremely busy. They were prompt, professional and did an amazing job!!! I was looking for quote for repairing a foundation crack. The person I spoke with on the phone was very honest and personable. He said that his method of fixing cracks is from the outside and that he is booked for the remainder of the season (which I would agree is most likely a better solution than fixing from the inside as you can coat the outside with a layer of the black rubber and add a drain tile to reduce hydrostatic pressure). I was blown away though when he went as far as to recommend 2 other contracters he would trust with basement crack repair: West Michigan Waterproofing, and Gold Star Waterproofing, I had actually called these 2 companies earlier in looking for quotes, which gives me confidence to move forward with one of them. The man I spoke with also recommended Harder and Warner for re-grading and landscaping when I asked him if he did re-grading. What excellent customer service, good connections, and knowledgeable advice! I would strongly consider Georgetown waterproofing in the future should I need to repair a crack in my foundation.

I had a severe flooding problem in my basement. I had Georgetown come take a look and they were dumbfounded. They told me the crack in my foundation was far too large to repair and I may need to move due to the severity of the flooding. Nevertheless, the next day, two of the most handsome Georgetown employees named gage and Parker came in my basement, and without breaking a sweat, shifted the foundation walls back into place with their bare hands!! They also applied several sealants and coatings in order to ensure the problem would never Reoccur. Since then they have kept in touch and are outstanding workers!

We needed a quality and reasonable priced repair of a foundation crack as a contigency for the sale of our home. John was great in responding quickly to set up an inspection. He emailed a quote the next day and scheduled an immediate appointment. The tech assessed the repair and was very efficient. We thought the repair would take three hours and he completed the repair in approximately two hours. Everyone did a great job. I would highly recommend their service.
