Quick, efficient dryer duct cleaning at a competitive price. A thorough job is hugely important to me, as I have atmospheric allergies and take three desensitization shots every week.
The young men who came were professional, knowledgeable, and they cared about how our home was treated while they were here. We were so impressed by their first visit that we signed up for Scrubber Duct Cleaning to annually clean our dryer duct. This was that visit. The entire process was excellent. I initially spoke with Isaac. He was very informative and professional. He sent a quote even while we were on the phone. He even took the time to call me after hours within minutes of me accepting the online quote. We were able to get scheduled within less than a week from my initial phone call. Communication was excellent. We received a text when Seth and Mason were on the way. They came right on schedule, worked hard and efficiently, answered all of my questions, and cleaned up nicely when they were done. The before and after pictures were amazing! Great work by two professionals (Isaac & Seth) who are very thorough and function like a well oiled machine. Before and after photos disclosed quite an accumulation of dirt/dust/pet hair (before) and spotless ducts after. No doubt we will be breathing easier now that the debris has been removed.
