Please see my write up. Nate Farrell and John McKay are an outstanding plumbing technician and consultant for Service
Professor. I’ll tell all my friends about Service Professor because of their thorough assessments and suggestions. They weren’t pushy at all. Instead, they were kind and friendly and super knowledgeable about plumbing. Trying to find a place in our downstairs to install a bathroom has been difficult. But they had an idea that will work. My husband and I highly recommend them. We would rate both of them a “10.” They went the extra mile explaining everything to us. We couldn’t be happier. Thank you Service Professor for these awesome men you assigned us.

Thomas came out to help us after a frozen water pipe burst. Did an amazing job of creating options for us and getting water back on at the house. Once insurance agrees look forward to making the repairs he gave us

Wonderful experience with Seth Davis. He arrived on time, asked if I had any questions or concerns. He respected my time and performed the furnace Tune-up. Friendly and professional.

I had Simon. This man is an amazing human being. As a first time home buyer he was instructive and helpful on proper maintenance of my home. He was efficient and effective in his work. Professional through the entire process. Hope to have him again if I ever need help with my drainage system.

Our furnace went out over the weekend and we were COLD! I scheduled an appt with Service Professor and within 24hrs they had a tech on site! Our tech Nick Sachjen was absolutely amazing! He immediately knew what was wrong-ordered parts and has us warm and cozy! THANK YOU NICK FOR YOUR OUTSTANDING SERVICE!

Ray and the team arrived early and worked on furnace installation diligently for 6 hours. Furnace area was kept clean. Ray explained the job to me. Before leaving, they made certain the furnace was heating the house.

We had the pleasure of having Randy come our home. He was punctual, incredibly kind and very thorough in explaining what was wrong and all options we had available. We appreciate his work ethic and are incredibly thankful for his service to his counrty.

Raquel did a great job.He was kind, courteous, and efficient. He told me about how long it would take and he let me know when he was finished. No issues. Very quick!

Brandon Jones did a professional and awesome job. Besides doing an excellent replacement, Brandon was an enjoyable and outstanding young man. Thanks so much to Brandon for a task well done. Service Professor is fortunate to have him as an employee!!!@

Really polite guy helped us a lot, wasn't very expensive at all.\nSeem to be really good , even with the dogs real professional attitude. Friendly and would request him back the next time. We need service and would recommend your company to anybody that we see.

Very pleased! Cody did great work and was very thorough! Answered any questions I had very well. Will definitely be going back to service professors if I need anything else done in the future.

Professional....polite....knowledgeable ....considerate ....EXCELLENT communication!!! Gas line leak causing gas to be turned off in the harshest of winter weather. Rich got us fixed as quick as he could giving us heat again. If I owned this company, and did that under cover boss thing, Rich would have passed the test of representing my company and providing top notch service with flying colors !!! Thanks Rich .....

I really can't say enough good things about them they're always on time and they really know what they're doing. Wouldn't call anybody else. Called a different company to begin with and I could only do it on a Saturday so they charged me $500 to show up and tell me they couldn't do anything because the crawl space entrance was too small. When Travis got there he didn't even hesitate he dove right in like a Vietnam War tunnel rat. Not only did they get the work done they charged me less than the other company did for just showing up and not doing anything. These are the people you aren't working on your stuff

Jaylen did an amazing job! Fixed an issue we’ve been having for awhile. Was quick and reliable. Definitely recommend.

Once again we are pleased with the service that Service Professor provided. Jaylen was amazing and answered all of our questions and addressed any concerns we had. We are never disappointed and will always call Service Professor for help.

We opted to have a tankless water heater installed when our 18+ year old tank started leaking.
We weren’t able to increase the temperature on the new water heater but after placing another service call, Tim Voskuhl came out and identified and resolved our issue. He was very personable and knowledgeable.
Ryan Forth led the initial install as well as fixed our toilet issue. Ryan was friendly and professional.
We’ve used Service Professor in the past for other things and will continue to going forward.

Had electrical, heating, & water/sewage issues - all at different times.
Service Professor always had quick response and resolved asap. All the staff have been kind, trustworthy and provide different options to help resolve the issue, while still making sure to keep you safe.
Such great experience, that we joined the membership. Highly recommend!

Zade was great. He looked at my furnace to make sure everything was working appropriately. He also made a few suggestions to make my furnace run more efficient. He talked to me about adding a I wave to the furnace since I have allergies and asthma. He also Showed me how to use my humidifier appropriately and changed out the water pad for the humidifier. Thank you again Zade it was a pleasure to meet you.

I had Jonah O. out for an emergency repair during the big cold snap this year
He was courteous he was knowledgeable he explained things to my level did not talk down to me. And most importantly he gave me options instead of just saying you need to do this.

While I wasn't happy with the price it was an emergency and I understand the premium value of it.

Had the opportunity to meet Richard today another nice fella at service professor. Very prompt and knowledgeable. Thanks for getting our furnace up and running at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend!!

Our heater broke Tuesday, in the middle of a winter storm! They had us completely finished by Wednesday! New HVAC! JUST BEFORE WE GOT -30! I cannot thank you enough! Very efficient and professional service. The young men that came were very respectful and cleaned up completely! Thank you 😊
