We chose Premium Design LLC because of their 5 star rating. I was skeptical at first because all their reviews were rated 5 stars. I found out why. They were prompt, communicated well, were cost competitive and completed the project on time and on budget. They cleaned up everything and you couldn't tell they were even there! What impressed us the most was their ability to actually design the project in color and then showing us what the project will look like when completed. Excellent job!

I don’t know what John Ma was talking about in the last review. Sounds like a spam review from someone that doesn’t like clay. Claims there was pictures but can’t provide any. It’s their only review too. Clay has always provided exceptional service as a professional.

I called John at the very last minute to pick up leaves in my yard. He immediately agreed. He kept his word even when we had several inches of snow. I’ve had a bad experience with other landscapers, but if/when I need to pick up leaves again or have other needs, I won’t hesitate to call Premium Design.

Called John at Preminum Design to clean up leaves in our sons yard. I did not get to see the finished work , but my son said they did an excellent job. I live in Flint and checked home advisor for suggestions. He was prompt and efficient.

Super impressed with John and his team. Professional; great communication; great value! His team rolled my mom in laws lawn that had been sabotaged by mole holes. It was uneven, squishy and almost dangerous to walk on. Clayton rolled it slowly, carefully and went over some really bad spots a few times. We hired Premium Design LLC to on behalf of a friend diagnosed with Colon Cancer. This service will allow our friend to deal with the long road in front of him without having to worry about lawn care throughout the year. When I went to Premium Design to pay for their service I was blown away by the ways they wanted to dive in and help someone they didn’t know! John and his crew have completed another beautiful landscape with hardscape job for us. We are delighted with the results, the speed in which it was accomplished, and his fair pricing.
