Brik was recommended to me by the City of Grandville for my broken waterline. They are a small business, but the owners Bill and Kraig were great to work with. The crew did a great job replacing the broken waterline in my yard with as minimal damage as possible. I will contact them again to do some work on my house when we finish our basement bathroom. Highly recommend.

Topflight service. Beat another company's repair estimate by quite a bit. They juggled their busy schedule to be able to accommodate me with a big and messy job. The four plumbers who came to my home to do the work were highly professional, expert in completing the work, conscientious about cleaning up, and very willing to explain all the steps in the repairs. I could not have been more pleased with the outcome. I have used another company for plumbing needs for years, but BRiK is my go-to from now on.

Ryan, the gentleman who arrived today was 2 days early. We certainly appreciated that. He was honest in his assessment of the problem. And offered to call us back when some of the problem cleared up.

Extremely pleased with the fast and friendly service! I left a message over the weekend and 7:30am Monday morning Kraig called asking for information about our issues, he was able to schedule Ryan that morning. With some quick planning on how to get Ryan access into our home (due to us already being at work and living 35 miles north) I was able to drop off a key to the office. Ryan had the new sewage pump installed before lunch! Ryan left our home clean and placed our key where we had asked. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Used BRiK twice now and have been satisfied each time. Had my sewer line replaced and just had them replaced a water heater. Ryan is great to work with and was knowledgeable with my options and completed the job quickly.

Couldn't be happier. Had major plumbing work done. Needed to replace the stack and main line to the septic tank, which was under an addition. Another company wanted to punch out a wall in my finished basement, go alongside the addition and then to the tank. That would have required me to remove, and then replace the air conditioning unit. I got a second opinion from BRiK and couldn't be happier. They did the same work by going under the addition with a machine they have. They mentioned if that wouldn't have worked they would still have avoided going through my finished basement and not make me remove the AC. We found that the floor boards under that main toilet had rotted, so they repaired that as well. When they had finished, left everything pretty much as it was when they got there, other than some imprints in the lawn due to their excavator, which is no big deal. They had to dig by the septic tank, but replaced all the dirt and sod. Oh, and the estimate was fair, and lower than the other company. I couldn't/t be happier with the results and would recommend them to anyone. They've earned a loyal customer with me.

Very happy with their competitive pricing, fast service, and techs sent to replace our water heater. They were able to squeeze us in on a Friday so that we didn’t have to spend the weekend without hot water. They will definitely be at the top of our list for any plumbing needs.
