Great place to select all of your new home or remodeling kitchen/bathroom hardware. Ask for Mary, she is very experienced and knowledgeable.

These guys know plumbing, they have great prices, and are willing to help you with questions. Not the largest selection but sometimes those big box stores have too many choices, too many options. Keep it simple that's what I like about this place. I would like to give this place six stars if I could.

Rachelle was fantastic to work with to pick fixtures for our bathroom remodel. She expertly handled our questions, indecision, and multiple requests for quotes. They werent very helpful, and the guy that was helping me, kept saying thats expense, or it will cost a lot. It seemed he was implying I was poor

April 5th 2022 You can't go into their retail showroom without a appointment. Also very rude.

Slightly rude encounter with lady at front door. I did not know they were apt. only when I walked it (which is fine - however the number of customers did not out weigh the number of people working there). I asked her a simple question as to why I’d choose their place over a Lowe’s or Home Depot (didn’t say it- but meant to say why would I take the time to book and schedule an apt. With them when I can just walk in somewhere else) and she laughed at me. Rude. It was not a personal question.

Arrived 20 mins early for appointment in GR location. Not sure who the original appointment was with but the individual with first name initial T greeted us was cold, unfriendly, and not the least interested in having visitors that afternoon. Our consultation ended quickly as it was too painful to endure. It is a small uncomplicated project and so I may instead take the business to Lowes or Home Depot and do the research myself.

ordered some cleanouts from richards. The day I was supposed to go pick them up I was told by one of their Associates that they'd be ready by 1:00, showed up a little early just to find out that they're not coming in today. Made an hour drive for nothing, and on top of it all one of their sales people followed me into the parking lot, got out made a comment about my driving. And carried that same energy onto the sales floor. Name of the salesperson was Todd duffard I will absolutely not be using these people again. Just go somewhere else.
