Very prompt service. The technician (Lisa) who came out to pump our septic tank went WAY above and beyond in getting our system cleaned out and back in working order! She was extremely knowledgeable, polite and professional! Would definitely call Plummers in the future if we have any other septic issues! Thank you Lisa and Plummers!

I can't say enough good things about this company. We had a clogged sewer pipe and needed an urgent fix. I called in the evening and the guys were here promptly the next morning. Drew and Corey were very professional and answered all my questions. Poor Drew even had to dig a 4 ft deep hole to find our septic tank! Thanks for the great service! If you ever have any septic problems I highly recommend calling Plummers!

Nick was professional, knowledgeable, and on time. The first visit he spent time trying to find our septic tank, but neither of us could. He gave me a couple options to locate and said they would come back, and there was no charge for the first visit. He came a week later and made sure we only had 1 tank. Super fast and efficient! He let one of our kids watch, and explained things to us! Highly recommend!

Plummers came out to my house for a slow drain. The technician was very trustworthy, knowledgeable, and honest. He did not try to up sell more service but instead fixed my problem for a great price. I would recommend them for any sewer or septic needs! Thanks again guys for a job well done!

Called on a Sunday morning that our main floor toilets wouldn’t go down. Since it had a been a few years, we opted to have our tanks emptied. Kevin and Lisa came out and got the job done. They were friendly, professional and got right to work. They opted to open one tank from the other side and said it was helpful in getting it cleared out properly. Also told me a product to buy to keep my tanks from developing a thick “crust.” I thought the price for a Sunday same
Day call was good. I will be calling them again for future cleanings.

We called for a septic tank pump out in the morning and they were here in the afternoon. Very quick, did an EXCELLENT job. Found the tanks easily without digging up the yard. Kevin and Kam were very friendly, efficient, respectful, did amazing work. I would highly recommend them to everyone. Very impressed.

We have had Plummer's pump our tanks over the last 20 years as needed and have always had wonderful service! We recently had to have our tanks replaced and the 2 gentlemen that came out and did the work were professional and efficient. I would highly recommend their service.

Today I had Plummers come out to take care of emptying my septic tank. Although I wasn't available to meet with the technician in person, we spoke on the phone. While working to locate the tank, he accidentally hit one of my sprinkler heads. He called me right away to tell me what happened and said someone would be out to repair it. So, here's the best part, when I returned home, there was another technician here, Corey, working to repair the sprinkler head. It was after 6pm and he stayed well beyond normal work hours to ensure the repair was complete. A total rock star. Thank you, Corey.

The young men did an outstanding job at my house. They were in and out in 30 minutes. Very pleased with service. The price was much better than the quote I got from a competitor. Will use them again in a few years!

Customer service was amazing when we scheduled over the phone. Chad was our technician and he explained everything thoroughly. He did a great job and was super nice. I definitely recommend this place! They made the process very quick and easy for us.

No issues over the phone or in person. Everyone was clear on pricing and times.
Got a text before the technician arrived which was nice. When he found an issue he communicated what he saw and his recommended next steps, including an estimate of the cost to follow those steps. He waited for our permission before calling the next person in to fix the second issue.
The second technician called was just as friendly and knowledgable, answered all my questions while he was working and stated a final price that was within the estimate the first one gave. No extra surprises was a nice bonus during a day when we'd almost had too many.
Neither tech had issues with my dogs and more importantly my dogs didn't have issues with them. I'll have no problems calling Plummer's again for septic service.

We called Plummers to pump our tanks, but when the service guy got here he looked at the cover on the secondary tank and told us the whole tank needed to be replaced. It was a cement tank about 40 years old and the cover was crumbling. It also appeared as if other places had started to crumble. Plummers gave us an estimate, but I got another because my daughter wanted several opinions as she thought the siding job done last summer was too high. Plummer's estimate was best and we liked the service people so we went with them. They did a good job and even came out to talk to my husband without complaint when they were done because he thought that the mound over the new tank was too high. They explained that they thought it would settle enough, which it should, in my opinion. Not only did they clean up the place nicely, they got a load of black dirt to put on our sandy soil and didn't even charge us. I highly recommend this company.

Plummer's Waste services came to my home within a few days and was able to locate and open my septic tanks. I have never had them cleaned (in 30+ years) and didn't even know I had openings. They were awesome to deal with and treated me with respect. I use them for the rentals I manage as well and have always done a great job!

We called last minute and they came right out and serviced us. The guy who pumped our tank was great! He explained some things about our system and was very nice to deal with. Another service tech (Joshua) checked out our pump in the basement and was very knowledgeable and again great to deal with. I would recommend Plummers to anyone who needs septic service. I love Plummers! We have an old farm house, with an old septic system. Seems like something goes wrong every three years or so. Plummers is ALWAYS fast, professional, knowledgeable and nice! Great company. Highly recommend. And Corey is great!

Plummers had a longer lead time than what I was initially willing to wait. However, the other company I hired gave me nothing but problems and no solutions. Fed up, I returned to Plummers and they were out in a couple of days. I wasn't given a bunch of problems. Instead, they completed the job efficiently and quickly. It was a much higher quality experience and one that I wish have pursued initially.

Plummers is simply the best. I will always call Plummers for any septic or drainage problems. Every time they are out to my home, they exceed expectations. Corey is incredibly personable, dedicated and hard working. John’s knowledge and expertise are invaluable. This is a family run business that truly CARES about their customers. Top notch. Plummer's highly-rated reviews are warranted. While you might find cheaper, you won't find better. Friendly, responsive and professional communication -- from front-desk staff to septic professional. Everything happens over the phone or via email: Confirmation email received right after scheduling, and invoice receipt received within hours after the service was completed. Service was provided as scheduled with excellent feedback on system health and recommended time frames for on-going maintenance. A++

Service Tech was fantastic! Came in, found our other tank right away, dug and emptied both tanks super quick! Very happy with the service and will send others to them!!!

Great company, highly recommend. After hiring them for a routine job at my parents’ home, they not only delivered on customer service, but also getting the job done well. I can see why this company has been in the business for so long.
Bonus, the employee took multiple dad jokes from my father & even laughed. Can’t beat that!

Plummer's was great! I had an issue with my septic tanks and they were out the next day. Chad from Plummers was on time, super nice, and talked me through how everything worked and everything he was doing. They're at the top of my list to call again (even though I hope I don't have the need to!)
