Excel Electric responded to my repair request quickly. Patrick inspected the wiring in my bathroom light fixture and made sure it was safe to use. I would recommend this company to my family and friends.

I don't even have enough words to say what this company did for me. I had called three other companies before calling Excel; all of them told me it would be a MONTH before they could come out and even look at my home. I called Excel as a last ditch effort and last hope. Tom was the one I got ahold of and he was AMAZING. He called me right back to see what has happening, understood that I was without power for 4 days, unable to cook or anything, and got someone out to my house THAT DAY. Thank you so much to Tom and Patrick for helping us out in our time of need!

I called them on Tuesday, and they were out the next day, right on time! Steve, and his partner Josh arrived in a fully branded, and clean company vehicle. As a manager of a company that does field services, this was very pleasing to see. The job seemed pretty simple. I needed a phone jack and ethernet port installed at the second desk in my office. They took measurements to determine the length of wire and wire channels needed. They came back today, and expertly installed everything, while not impeding business at all. The job was done very neatly, efficiently, and professionally. It doesn't create an eye sore at all, and blends in with existing wiring perfectly. they even vacuumed the work area to make sure it was cleaner than when they arrived. Excellent job! I will highly recommend your company, especially Josh and Steve.

I'm writing to give kudos and thank yous to Patrick and his apprentice for my job that they just completed! They were both extremely efficient and very knowledgeable! I've worked with many service companies and being a physically disabled homeowner I get responses all over the map. You should be extremely proud to have such great people working for your company! I had a small job for their team, and their residential group out of Holland not only had excellent communication, but they were also punctual and did outstanding work. We were having electrical issues and already had Consumers Energy out with a diagnosis to have our meter box rebuilt! Excel electric Inc. was recommended by Facebook group Coopersville Informed! They were the first ones to call! We were scheduled for them to come out on Monday since this was the Thanksgiving holiday weekend! Unfortunately, all of the electricians in the area seemed to be super busy and they had to cancel!
