I called Complete Plumbing Services after a different plumbing company said they had to rip up my bathroom floor to install new pipes.. for a toilet flange install!!

I spoke to Mike on a Thursday and he had someone at my house at 8am on a Friday. His employee was punctual and so kind. He explained everything to me before he did it. He was so efficient and had all the parts we needed because Mike warned him ahead of time. It was such a great experience! I’d suggest them to anyone!!!

$120 to light the pilot to the hot water heater. It’s a push button really? That is ridiculous.

Cut off on the road by a service driver who also ran a red light. I would seriously question who this type of individual is. If they’re doing work in your home.

I had a shower leak, spoke to them (Mike) over the phone told them exactly what the issue was and asked for a quote. I doubled check to see if they could do a shower remodel and he assured me that they could. They (yes there were two of them to get a quote) came in when I was not home and convinced my wife that they need to cut the kitchen ceiling to see what the problem was. After cutting it they agreed with what I told them and said that they could not fix it and I would need to contact someone else. Furthermore they charged me $75 dollars to cut a hole in the ceiling after all said and done.

Will never use these guys again for anything.
