Awesome work, very professional, reasonable price. Had a ceiling fan installed in the sunroom, involved the installation of an outdoor outlet. Will definitely utilize their services again in the future!

The job was simple and quick, probably low profit. 3 other electricians ghosted me over the past 5 months. Clark showed up and knocked it out 6 days after the first call. They did the right thing for me when a handful of their local competitors did not.

I dealt with their journeyman Brent. That gentleman was right on time he was extremely professional, polite he was understanding and very efficient and everything he did. they came all the way over to Coldwater from Hillsdale and everything was done in a matter of hours running a line through the Attic down a wall to install the direct power for a smart doorbell. I will definitely be calling them back over here if I need any help with anything else that I'm not able to do :-)

I would give negative stars if that was an option...Beginning of November I called to get a quote for some work we wanted done. They came out and got us a quote right before Thanksgiving. Everything looked good so we said go ahead and schedule it. I was told it would be 4-6 weeks because they were really busy and weather depending, which we understood. Right before Christmas when that cold snap hit, I called just to see how things were going. I was told they were really busy with people calling wanting generators serviced and fixed for the storm. I said thats what I have been waiting on for a month now. Was told "we will get to you". I called a couple of times in January only to still get the same answer, "we will get to you". In February I called when the ice storm hit. I mentioned again that we have been waiting since Thanksgiving when we got a quote. It finally was realized that we were never on a schedule to get done. They had plane just forgotten us. I only ever talked to the secretary, she alway said she would have someone get back to us. Now mid March, after numerous phone calls to see if anything was being done to get us taken care of, because no one would ever call me back. I was told that they just decided that they were just not going to do the job. So thanks for NOTHING!! Except making us wait 4 months to just say sorry not gonna do it. I DO NOT recommend this company for anything!

Would not recommend for any generator repair. They sent two men out three times who had to look up and read what to do on their phones and then said we needed a new board in our transfer switch which we agreed to. After installing this and billing us 1700.00 we still were having the same issues with our generator. When we called them back to see if they stood behind their work they said yes they would send somebody out. Never heard from them again. Got a great company out of Adrian who knew what they were doing and lo and behold the part Clark Electric replaced was not even the problem. So now we can spend another 1500 to get it fixed correctly. I would highly recommend staying away from them for generator repair work.
