Baumann DeGroot always provides exceptional service. Today’s was no exception. They arrived on time as they always do. Xander, along with all their technicians are polite and very personable.

We have had issues with the furnace and AC in the past year and the Baumann and Degroot team always provided timely service and fixed the odd issues with our very old units. We recently decided it would be to have the old units replaced with more efficient products and this team installed high quality products, were on time, communicated well, were always friendly and had great customer service. They provided a lot of options with various price ranges which was nice. We worked directly with Chad who was so hopeful and responded quickly to calls and emails. We definitely recommend!

My air conditioning went out during the hot spell in june. I called and then sent out someone the next day to give me and estimate and were able to get my scheduled within the next week when other companies were pushing out three weeks. Upon installation day, the guys were professional, efficient and got the job done quickly! I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing help with HVAC and I will be using them again in the future.

In today’s fast paced world you don’t always feel you have the time for due diligence when problem solving. I can assure you they are the right company to call. Our furnace went out on a Friday night and we found ourselves in a compromising position with many businesses closed on the weekend. While Baumann & Degroot was our first call we are so grateful they got back to us in a timely matter with their quote before we settled for what we thought was fair pricing from others. They managed to not only save us $$$$ but the customer service was superior and we had our heat back in no time. They are an honest, high quality business run with good family principles. Do yourself a favor and call on them first for all of your h&c needs. We are so grateful.

Nearly a month ago, Baumann & DeGroot installed a new furnace, AC, humidifier, and thermostat in our house after our previous AC unit failed. They quoted the job and were patient, helpful, and honest in answering my many questions about the units, brands, their recommendations, details about how the units operate, and about their services. We gathered several quotes from other local HVAC installers and B&D was in line with the least expensive installers for comparable systems. They quoted several different options and explained the differences between them. We decided to buy the upgraded package because it came with a higher efficiency AC unit, variable speed fan, and it also included their 10-year parts and labor warranty. B&D scheduled their technicians around our busy schedule so I could be home during the installation. We quoted the installation in May and they were able to fit our job in within a few days of our quote acceptance. The two technicians who arrived to perform the installation had been with the company for 8 and 11 years. They were professional and polite, and they finished the replacement in around 4 or 5 hours. Overall, we are happy with their work and would hire them again to perform more work for us.

I’m very happy with the service I received today! Xander was friendly and professional. He answered my questions and explained what he was doing and looking for as he worked on my furnace. The repair only took about 30 minutes, and the final cost was quite affordable. Would recommend!

Called on Tuesday AM because my old AC quit working. The service manager made the trip over in the afternoon, diagnosed and fixed the problem. Very happy. Reasonable price too. Thanks!

Wow. We called the day before the 4th of July, and Travis was here to fix the central AC 20 minutes later. He got everything up and running, was an excellent communicator and showed us how to maintain the unit. I couldn’t believe it was so affordable. Thank you!

Replacing the furnace and water heater ran into a couple of snags but long story short they persevered and got the job done and cleaned up and maintained pleasant attitudes over a long day. Above and beyond the call of duty! Good folks to work with!

Baumann and DeGroot recently installed a furnace, A/C unit, and hot water heater. The experience was professional and stress-free (for us☺️) from start to finish. David and Braylon did an excellent job, especially given that most of their work was done in a tight crawlspace. Even the independent inspector post-installation said “Baumann and DeGroot always do top notch work”. We agree and highly recommend them!

I’ve been a satisfied customer for years! The technicians are friendly, knowledgeable and respectful! Today had the first female tech (Melissa), she gave me tips and was detailed in her explanations and had pictures of before and after the tuneup!!!

This company goes above and beyond. The owner came out next day after a late night request, and thanks to a small stock on hand, was able to put in a new furnace same day, at an extremely reasonable price. The installation crew, Joe and Corban were professional, knowledgeable, quick and efficient with their installation. I really couldn't expect anything more. They exceed my every expectation.

Our AC died during the hottest week of the summer, and we received a couple different quotes for replacing it, but went with Baumann & DeGroot because they had installed the furnace in our house (before we purchased it) and because they had the best price. So thankful for how quickly they were able to install, and it’s been great having our central AC back after a couple weeks of it being off. Highly recommend!

Excellent service! I appreciate the timely courteous service; they didn’t just arrive at the agreed upon time, they were early. I appreciated that they called to say they were running ahead of time and would it be okay to arrive early. The technician (Tyler) was great; he was thorough, polite and did a great job explaining what he did and answering my questions. I have always found them to be timely and efficient, and explain things well.
I highly recommend them.

Baumann and DeGroot replaced my furnace earlier this year and they did a great job. I just turned on the heat today and it’s great.

Edwin and Xander were timely with replacing our water heater. They were courteous, cleaned up well when they were done, and took the time to acclimate us to our new unit. Baumann and DeGroot as a whole was great to work with. They were by far the cheapest option for the best product. Scheduling was easy, and they were great at working around our schedule.

Our service guys, Dan and Owen were friendly, professional, and competent. They installed a new high=efficiency boiler-water heater for us. They cleaned up thoroughly and our unit is working fine.
