These guys were excellent. They saved our butts a couple times. Once coming at midnight on a Saturday to replace a sump pump that failed and quickly allowed inches of water to fill the basement. Also welcoming you to watch them and explaining how to correctly do these repairs. Everything was better than properly done to prevent problems down the road. To top it off, their price were very reasonable and having honest employees not trying to rip you off, but being honest about parts that can be reused and are still good. I can be overly critical at times, but I very pleased with this group.

Similar experience. Rude, overpriced, cold.

Charged us a ridiculous amount to fix a leaky faucet. Uhm.... faucet still leaks. And then, he charged to cut a hole in the wall and install shut-off valves... never asked for that. He even charged us to come back and tighten the faucets in the wall when HE is the one that made them loose! Nope.
