Every item I’ve gotten from them has been fine, that’s not the issue. My issue is the seemingly disgruntled staff. Customer service is not their forte. Very unwelcoming. It seems like every time I’m there it’s an inconvenience. The location is convenient but in the future I’ll just drive the extra five minutes and get the item elsewhere.

The girl at the front is always so kind and helpful! Mark however, could work on being more welcoming and have less of a bummy attitude. When I called with a question about a ballast, I felt like I was being talked down to and that my confusion wasn’t met with much patience. A friendlier approach would go a long way.
