Did a great job diagnosed a difficult challenging situation and was able to get heat to my second floor. Reasonable pricing on time courteous helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely hire Jimmy again. I highly recommend him and his company.

We had Jimmy install heating and cooling units in our home in 2008. When our furnace turned balky on New Year's Night ten years later, we called Jimmy, who arrived within an hour to help us solve the problem. I can't say enough about Jimmy's quality work and sense of service.

We were having a new range installed in our home and needed to have an emergency shut off valve in place before delivery. Jessie was able to come to our house the day after we called him to make the repairs. He was very respectful, friendly and knowledgeable. Usually I don't like to write reviews, but in this instance the service was superb. I called around for service and was told that I would have to wait for at least a week. I called Cadena Heating and Cooling and he came to my house that very day. Fixed my AC problems, and I'm definitely a happy camper. He was very honest and straight forward with me. I would definitely recommend him.

I have used Jimmie in the past for furnace going out. He was at my house within the hour. Since it was the middle of Winter I was extremely grateful. My furnace went out for the last time at the end of the season so naturally I called Jimmie. Once again he was to my house quickly. Since both furnace and air conditioner were older we decided to have them replaced. Unlike your large companies who are done and off the job at 5:00 pm, Jimmie stayed late last night to make sure we had our air conditioning running so we would not swelter during the extreme heat. Jimmie came to my home today - the same day I called him for an AC problem. He diagnosed the problem and took time to explain it to me. Jimmie was quick to fix the problem and voila I HAVE AIR!!! Had a water heater start to leak so I called around with other people and left a message, a friend said to call Jimmie - left him a message and he called right back. Had a new hot water heater installed along with 4 heat runs and 2 cold air returns for a basement finish. Jimmie came out for a quote the day after I called him, and the job was scheduled a few days after that. Had everything done in a day. Jimmie is a standup guy. He is professional, responsive, and attentive. He installed our tankless water heater and the job was done quickly and seamlessly. He explained how everything works, encouraged us to connect with him if we have questions, and promised to check back in to see how the unit was working for us. He came and went, cleaned up as if he was never here, yet…. Somehow…. We now have on demand endless supply of hot water :). Jimmie works hard and his amazing attention to detail is laudable. Highly recommend!

I can't praise Mr cadena enough for the job he did. Jimmy was at my house the same day I called him. He installed a condensation pump on my furnace in less than 1/2 an hour for less than I could have done it myself. He has earned all my future business and I highly recommend him!

Mr Jimmy did a FABULOUS job on our basement finish heating and cooling work. He was quick and efficient, and most importantly, finished the job in a timely manner. Many of our subcontractors were in and out, back and forth, many times which can be so frustrating. Cadena Heating & cooling we found to be very reliable, reasonably priced and trustworthy.

Jimmy came to the house on a Sunday in early March to deal with a minor issue with my furnace. Of course, the furnace was functioning again by the time he arrived. He was patient and still managed to find the problem, despite the fact that the issue was intermittent. About a week or so later a part failed on the furnace and I called Jim again, who had the furnace working again in minutes. He patiently explained what he was doing, and made sure the furnace was functioning safely before he left. Would recommend to anyone with furnace issues.

Jimmie came to the house and quickly determined our AC needs plus gave a reasonable quote. When he did the installation It was more quiet than I expected. As any parent knows - how kids come and go through house doors conditions you to percussive bangs - not Jimmie. Even the duct work was quiet. With Jimmie you get more than hard work and attention to detail - you get many years of experience and knowledge. He knew the correct size unit instantly, and it cycles off and on as it should. The Heat Is On. Thanks to Jimmy Cadena with Cadena Heating and Cooling for bringing on the heat. Our furnace went out at 9:30 last night so we called Jimmy and he returned our call right away. He came over this morning and found out what was wrong, got the part he needed and came back and fixed the furnace. We were so happy that he was able to fix it so quickly. He even offered us a portable heater while he was working on the furnace. He did a great job at a very resonable price and I would highly recommend him.

We needed to replace our furnace, water heater, and air conditioner in our new home. We also wanted to put in a natural gas line to the porch for our grill. After getting quotes from a few companies we decided to go with Jimmie because of his clear attention to detail and focus on customer service (and bonus - he was the cheapest). He even made another trip out to answer additional questions that we had a few days later.
He worked hard for days to put everything together and hook it all up. He laid down sheets before he started and he cleaned up afterwards, so it looked like he was never even there. You will see in the pictures how pristine everything looks, even the inspector commented on how perfect the set-up was.
Everything works great so far and we couldn't be happier. Jimmie is not only great at what he does, he is a great guy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Cadena Heating and Cooling.
