I had an issue with my furnace and Sebastian showed up to fix it, he was professional, kind, and very reasonable prices. I would highly recommend Platinum Heating and Cooling!

Noah, did a great job and discovered a faulty device that was not working. He needs to come back to install the device which hopefully will not take too long. We still need to see what will happen to see if this takes care of the issue.

Our 13 year old water heater started having temperature control issues after being out of town for a week. We called Platinum and they were able to get their technician Noah out to see us same day. He recommended a new part and could fix it same day. I inquired about a whole new tank and decided on that given the age of the unit. The pricing was very fair for both options. He was then able to go above and beyond and get the parts/new unit installed within 3 hours of arriving! This was all on a Friday as well. We are very pleased with Platinum and will be using them for our housing needs moving forward!

These guys are amazing! Called at 8am because my AC was down. Super helpful and quick to get me taken care of. Noah was over within hours to fix my AC unit and even gave me some pro tips to maintain my unit. They go above and beyond with service, specifically with my residential needs on the west side of Grand Rapids.

We got a new furnace & AC unit installed about 6 months ago. They did a fabulous job! We had a couple issues with our thermostat not working and they came out the next day to provide a brand new one at no additional cost. Had one other issue where the AC wouldn’t fire up, a quick text to Noah B and he spend about 25 minutes on the phone walking us through how to troubleshoot it back to working. Fantastic service and very friendly & amazing employees. Thank you!!

My HVAC system went out over the weekend. I called Monday morning at 8am and had a tech at my house an hour later. The tech, Noah, was great. He determined the problem, explained the issue, and what was needed for repair. He had the replacement part swapped out and everything back and running within an hour. Excellent service at a reasonable price. Well done, Platinum!

Platinum Heating and Cooling was by far the best price we received on a new furnace and air conditioning system. They were extremely responsive to calls and emails and came right on time like they said. The installers were all very professional and nice. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs AC/Furnace repairs or replacements.

Platinum filled the bill. Noah worked us into his busy schedule because he understood the importance of getting our elderly resident her heating unit functional. Had a pilot light issue for a 20 year-old furnace. Sam lit the pilot and gave me a quote for a new hot water heater. We're very happy with the service!
