We will never call another heating/cooling company and will recommend RX comfort to everyone! They came to our house to assess our heating issue (upstairs very cold in a 100 year home with a boiler system) and fixed it the same week. Within hours of them leaving, our upstairs was 10 degrees warmer!! Staff is super friendly and asked multiple times if we had questions or needed anything else. Very nice guys and they made sure we were 100% satisfied. Don’t shop around anymore, you’ve found the best company for your heating/cooling needs!

The team at Rx Comfort is top notch. We had planned on replacing our furnace and AC unit in a couple of years, but due to water in the basement, we decided to expedite that. The Rx team came out on a Monday to remove the old furnace on what was to be the hottest day of the year for the basement construction to fix the water issue. They offered a room unit AC to help us through the next 3 days knowing it was going to be extremely hot. They showed up on time, removed the unit and cleaned up after. Once the basement construction was done, their team showed back up on time and installed the new furnace and AC units. Due to the construction, they had to change the position of the furnace unit. They tackled the project and communicated the entire time. I trust the team at Rx Comfort and you should too with your HVAC needs!

I was referred to Adam when my furnace quit working and my house was 53 degrees. He was here within an hour of my call and was very professional and informative. He worked quickly and efficiently to get my furnace back up and running. SO Friendly and very honest! I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for heating and cooling work.

Adam was able to squeeze us in last minute to fix our A/C after all other local companies couldn't get us in until a few days later. He knew what the problem was right away and was upfront about the costs. He was very professional and got our A/C up and running quickly. Would definitely recommend and will call RX Comfort again if the need ever arises!

Outta sight! These guys were there every step of the way. Saw them on IG and never looked back. They did everything as promised and on time. Mitch was very frank and informative when it came to talking me through the consult and the follow up. I never felt as though he was just trying to make the sale. He was very reassuring and I could tell that he had my best interests at heart. I was gone for work when Caiden and Kyle installed a new furnace and a/c. They also reworked some duct work to get better flow of air throughout the system and to better incorporate my wood burner that is in the garage and is now tied more efficiently into the main duct work. My wife felt very safe and confident with them on the job in my absence. Very thorough, very detailed. Finished the install, cleaned up and gave my wife complete and detailed instructions. Mitch came back out to make one last adjustment when I had asked him to, reference the wood burner. He said that this is exactly what they like to do, and it shows. Thank you all. RX Comfort has been my go-to hvac provider for years. They have installed several new systems and have serviced them over the years. My experience has been that they do great work for a reasonable price. I have no issues recommending them to friends and family and will use them in the future. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

We got a new hvac system months ago (ac and heat) and got a really fair deal. Had quite the team out for it and everyone was very professional didn't rush the job. Have had ZERO issues with heat or ac. Very honest company and service techs.

I used them shortly after they started up to check my ac unit. My unit was way over the expiration to say the least lol and the owner Adam was who came out to service it, he did not push ANY sale on us which I respected, and it's what made us drop a good chunk of change with him for a new set when the time came.

They did good work for my neighbor as well!

I have found my forever HVAC peeps with RX Comfort. From the initial consult I’ve been continually impressed. Adam, Keith, Paul and Mike really go above and beyond for the customer. You know you got a good crew when your home is cleaner after they leave than it was before they came. Contractors from all service areas could learn a thing or two from them. I love my new system, too. I never thought I’d be showing off my furnace, water heater, and AC to everyone who comes over, but I am. Thanks RX Comfort!!!

Update: Had a problem with my furnace. At first i was pretty irritated by the bill i received. After talking with the owner and walking through what happened, I went from really irritated to very impressed. The way they take care of their customers makes me want to work for them. Still highly recommend!

RX Comfort is awesome-especially Adam. I had no heat… not only did they schedule me in the same day it was within hours of the initial call! Adam is very knowledgeable and explained everything, so I understood and answered all my questions. Amazing.... I have a very old furnace and Adam was able to assess the situation and fix the problem quickly and I had heat within 10 minutes. Adam never tried to talk me into a new furnace - there was no pressure at all. I am so thankful to have heat and relieved that I do not need to decide today about a new furnace. I was able to get a quote, by my request - so if I must get a new one soon, I can investigate which furnace would be appropriate. Adam gave me the information on the different brands out there and I found him to be very accurate, as I done some investigating prior to calling. Adam was honest and very trust worthy. I support local and it was refreshing not to feel as if I was just another number and not pressured into any sales pitch. I highly recommend RX Comfort LLC.

Adam came out to give us a quote after being quoted a price for a new furnace by another company that we felt was very high. Adams quote was less than half of the other company! And he would tell us exactly what we were buying unlike the other company. Anyway, we made arrangements for install and in less than a week we had a new furnace. Jake and Tanner were the guys that installed the furnace and they were great as well. I work from home and they were so respectful as well as knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone. There is a reason they only have 5 stars in their reviews, they are exceptional!

RX Comfort has done work at my business several times throughout the years and has always done a great job. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable from the office staff to the technicians. RX Comforts business has really grown since I first started using them and that I feel speaks for itself.

If you are looking for a HVAC company this is the one to choose! We are new to the area and RX was recommended to us by a friend. We have used them twice now and they are great! A real person answers the phone when you call. They respond quickly, communicate well, and are very fair in their pricing. Brian is the technician who did the work on our furnace/ac and he is very professional and friendly and does great work.

I first came across RX Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning through our neighborhood community next door. As a company they have been extremely professional, affordable and just perfect to work with!
Adam (Owner) has personally involved himself from start to finish in replacing our boiler system Dec. 2020, and this morning he came out to resolve our air conditioning issue.
No pushy sales, will give you honest options to repair or replace system/parts when needed.
I would highly recommend them for any service needs you have.

Excellent service. My furnace stopped working overnight so I called Rx comfort first thing in the morning and had a tech at my house within an hour and the issue resolved shortly thereafter. Chris was very knowledgeable, helpful and personable throughout the process. I didn't have time to call around for quotes, but for the service and knowing the value of the parts being installed I feel that their pricing is fair. I would definitely recommend using Rx Comfort.

Adam/RX did an awesome job! We needed a new Furnace and A/C unit. Adam was very knowledge and the information we received was accurate and professional. His prices were inline and the work was done quickly, well, and the crew left behind no messes of any kind. Attitude was very pleasant and we would highly recommend RX!

Our furnace died in January just before the minus degree week and they were out the next day to install a furnace.

Also, last Friday our AC was not blowing cold air and they were here within 25 minutes to fix it, and even called us on Saturday to make sure it was still working properly.

Adam came to our house the same day I called. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. He had my air up and running in less than 15 minutes and for less than half the cost of what I anticipated. I will definitely look up RX Comfort the next time that I need a repair. I'm very happy to have had found a company this good that cares about their customers.

RX comfort is so great! Our furnace stopped working one night and they got me in right away to fix it when I called the next day. While they were over, I asked about getting a new hot water heater and they installed that very soon after. They are a great company to do business with and they are very personable. RX Comfort & Heating has been very helpful, courteous and down right awesome. Dennis is our typical service specialist and he is great. Personable, knowledgeable and explains things very well. I like that he also provides some guidance by sharing what we should, what we could & what I would do if it's mine. Understanding the choices and being educated on all of the ifs, ands, and buts. This summer they were here numerous times before we decided to outright replace my AC Unit entirely. We also decided to replace the furnace at the same time. We had just purchased the home and both units were already 19 years old. Install was not performed by Dennis to be clear. However, the install guys seemed great too. However, while it is unfortunate that Dennis had to come back today to correct an error made by the install guys, he did it quickly, efficiently and it was done the same day I called. Thanks Dennis! And the RX Comfort TEAM! Thank you for standing by your workmanship. And while I was not angry, your hold chatter between Adam & Dr. Merv made me laugh out loud! Great tactic to lighten the mood!
