Great service, super nice & helpful tech (Justin). Had a leak upstairs bathroom shower. He replace the fixture which not only fixed the leak but allowed WAY more water pressure. This will be my - go to plumbing company for the future!

I've had to use Visser Plumbing three times in the last two weeks. First, my water heater was making a "poppinig" sound so I called the main line. Mitch answered and explained to me what was going on and went through options with me. The next day they were able to put in a new water heater for me.

Then, I asked if they could change out a valve on my water line to my fridge. Justin came and was very personable and extremely professional. While he was there, I asked about a pipe that smelt like gas. Sure enough, it was a gas leak so Justin fixed that issue as well and made sure my furnace and water heater pilot turned back on before he left.

The next issue I had was when a had another minor gas leak behind my gas range / oven. I had an appliance repair man come out and he said it was a leak, but I'd need a plumber. I went back to Visser and Justin came back out to fix that leak and again, make sure everything was back up and running before he left. He checked all of the connection points behind the stove and also all the connections on the pipes downstairs.

I can't recommend Visser enough. They professional, timely and informative throughout each interaction. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again in the future.

I noticed a leak after my underground sprinkling system was shut off. I needed a valve inside the house replaced. Justin was prompt, professional, and had it fixed in a matter of minutes. He was helpful and gave great advice. Will definitely be going with them again in the future.

Highly recommend! We’ve been having Perpetual issues with our sink draining very slowly. A different plumbing company has come out twice, and temporarily fixed it. We called Visser this time, and Justin came and fixed the root of the problem, rather than putting a “band aid” on it. Justin was timely and professional, and did a great job taking the time and effort to find the problem and fix it correctly. Thank you!

Every time we have had to call them to figure out something i couldn't fix on my own they have been pleasant, on time, and done great work. A lot of the time they have even told me how to fix simple issues over the phone if there was going to be a long lead time to get someone to come out.

The highest compliment I can give a business is that I feel i can trust them to do the right thing and they always do.

I spoke with a gentleman over the phone, who actually took time to help me diagnose my problem. It’s nothing that has to be addressed right away, and I appreciated his honesty and help greatly! What a rare find!
