Very unprofessional. When I called all they said was "hello" I had to ask if it was arrow electric. When I told them the breaker to my water heater was smoking they told me to call a plumber. I called a different electrician and it turns out it was the breaker that was bad and there is nothing wrong with my water heater. Very bad customer service.
