Due to the record cold temperatures we had a pipe break in the crawl space of our house. Not knowing what to do about it we began to make some calls. This was on a Sunday afternoon when all of this took place. The first guy we called told us we needed to call a well guy. Luckily our second call was to Oberlin Plumbing. Shawn was more than happy to help us. He sent a crew out first thing in the morning. His employees were very professional and informative and wasted no time getting to the problem. We are so confident in them we will be calling them back to redo all of the plumbing in our house that desperately need to be done this summer. Thank you and we highly recommend them.

Shawn got back to me in less than 2 hours and was able to come out the next day - on a SUNDAY no less - to help us out. Prompt response, quality service, priced right; we will definitely be using them again.

I had three 40-year-old faucets that all developed leaks about the same time. I called Oberlin, left a message and Shaun called me back.

Since the faucets were so old, Shaun recommended I consider new faucets as opposed to repairing the existing ones. Oberlin does not sell new faucets so I didn't schedule the repair until we had the replacements.

Once I had the replacements and notified Shaun, he got back to me and came over the next day. The shut-offs for two of the faucets needed to be replaced.

He and his assistant got all the work done quickly and for a fair price. I will definitely use them again the next time I need plumbing.

Highly recommend. Shawn came as quickly as possible to my water back up situation and communicated his arrival time with me so I could prepare. He was professional, explained the situations and gave recommendations how to fix the problem. He took care of keeping my house clean and made sure to clean up before he left. My problem is solved and I will contact him again.

Shawn was amazing, we called from our summer house; we found a broken pipe when we came up to turn water on for summer. He called back within about an hour, offered to come by and "see what he could do to help us". Shawn intially said he would be able to do repair within few days but then, even though close to end of his work day, said, "Heck, let's see if we can get it done now". He did the repair quickly, was very easy to talk with and gave us some sound advice on our pump and even adjusted the regulator. The price was very competitive and he has our business from now on. Based on Social Media recommendations, we contacted Oberlin plumbing for some bathroom plumbing needs in the Canadian Lakes area.

First contact went to voicemail, but Shawn returned the call within the hour. Explained our situation to Shawn, and he ordered what we needed immediately based on the phone conversation.

Once the parts came in about a week later, he called and set up a time frame for the guys to come out that day.

Josh and Tim arrived right on time and completed the work in less than an hour. Very friendly, professional, and thorough. Very pleased with their work, the clean up afterwards and the communication throughout the process.

Very impressed with this small town local company! Owner came right out just after I called with our issue with the water heater. Figured out we indeed needed a new water heater as ours was not fixable for how old it was (1991)! His guys showed up a little while later and had everything removed and installed within 2 hours. Great service and would highly recommend them again!

The guys were professional, showed up when scheduled on time and were very knowledgeable! They did the work quickly and really knew there stuff when it came eot the flange needing to be changed out. I highly recommend this company. I called, left a message, and they called back soon after to set am appointment without a problem.

I see them driving around our neighborhood all the time, so I called them and no call back. Unfortunately, this sounds like a common issue with this company.

Guy was rude on the phone, but it did motivate me to some DIY shenanigans and figure it out. So, I give 2 STARS
