IDEAL heating and cooling came out when my AC unit went out in the middle of summer. I called them and they came out the same day. They fixed it in less than 2 hours. Called on Monday for an appointment, had Efrin come in the next day. Awesome and efficient job. Had a bad capacitor and poorly connected thermostat. Got the problem fixed within an hour.

Untrained staff and possible electrical fire could have been caused. They installed an exhaust fan in my grandma’s bathroom and the wire in the attic was not up to code. If I didn’t go in the attic and see it than my grandma could have had a house fire. I contacted the owner to fix the problem and he had someone come out to properly install the line but I wonder how many past customers have faulty electrical lines that were installed. Partial fix. Keep reading!
Secondly they installed the exhaust fan on a dimmer switch which caused the fan motor to burn out. He refused to replace the fan or at least reimburse her. If his staff was trained they would have accessed the situation and installed the proper switch. My grandma does have a huge income coming in and I look after her. They truly took advantage of her and has yet to take full accountability of all their faults.
