I woke up to no heat on the coldest day of the year so far. Despite having appliance insurance, a tech wasn't available for 3 days and the temperature in my home was dropping fast. Ron was able to come out same day thinking he’d quote a new AC unit. However upon looking at it he tried a few things and was able to repair saving me thousands! He was professional, kind and humble in his approach to service. He made sure to check all the components and even took the time to wash off the outside from pollen etc. the unit is 26 years old so I’m sure I’ll be calling him again to replace it at some point but for now it’s working great! He took the time to answer questions and worked efficiently! His pricing was very reasonable!
