1st) James dropped off a part I needed for my AC/Unit,after Everyone else was Closed for the day (around 6:30pm). It"s 85(+) degree out and charged me very reasonable price. (2nd) he stuck around to make sure,I knew,what I was doing,(I googled/utubed it) and I needed some help. He did not charge me extra. (3rd). He got me through the night with Air and came by the very next day and fixed it the "Professional" way,again the price was reasonable,I did call around (sorry,James). (4th) He brought with him an "apprentice",he explained to me,how he tries to find young people,that are going to school ex:HFCC,but,need the Field Experience,so he tries to share his knowledge in exchange for pay and maybe help him occasionally, take down the 20 ft ladder off the top of the truck,I think that's a "Fair" deal. I applaud your efforts Mr. Winslow. I found My AC/Heat go to guy. Thank-you,sincerely,Brendan
