Called Tuesday, they said service would be Friday, and I had expected a delay, no problem. They called Tuesday evening, said since I was close, the tech could come Wednesday morning! The tech was very nice, professional and respectful. Price did not seem out-of-line. Would definitely recommend!

When I couldn’t get my heat to start, I called them and they sent someone the same day. Moudy and T figured out the problem and fixed it. They even checked out everything else to make sure there were no other problems with the furnace and AC. They were very professional and answered all of my questions.

Of course my furnace would become inoperable without warning on the coldest day. The technician came out and just by the sound she knew the issue and had the heat flowing in 7 minutes! Can you say AWESOME?!!!

Unbelievable service by Tarrick and Moudy. They showed up early, diagnosed my furnace and AC units, repaired what was needed and have come back to check on the units afterwards as well. Highly recommend. Excellent work ethic!!!

Majestic Heating & Cooling installed my furnace & water heater. They came out on time, put them in, removed the old furnace & water heater, cleaned up after they were done all in one day. We'll call them when the air conditioner needs to be replace.

Showed up on the weekend didn’t even charge me double, was able to diagnose and solve my problem with my Heating unit. Very polite young man(Tarick) wearing masks gloves and protection over their shoes. I was impressed by their honesty and vigilance In getting us up and running for the cold weather.Also reasonably priced.

After multiple quotes from other companies majestic gave a fair price. Not to expensive and to cheap. I got a Lennox system to replace my York . The install team was really professional and quick and efficient and clean.

Majestic Heating & Cooling installed my air conditioning three years ago and also checked the status of my furnace. The Lennox air conditioner does a great job of cooling my house. The service tech discovered a problem with low gas pressure to the furnace after the utility recently replaced the gas meter. It turns out that the gas company did not replace the pressure regulator when they replaced the gas meter. Dirt and oil in the old regulator caused the low pressure, which I understand can create problems with the burners and heat exchanger. I’m glad Majestic’s service tech was so thorough otherwise I would have never known about the problem caused by the gas company’s equipment. I will definitely use this company again!

My HVAC unit went out overnight and temperatures were dropping rapidly in my home. I care for an elderly parent and a foster baby. I called Majestic the next morning and they sent out technicians within the hour. The name of the. two young men that came out were Tarrick and Moudy. They instantly cane within 30 minutes of my call for service. They wore masks the whole time and were very kid snd pet friendly. They installed a brand new unit that was affordable within a couple of hours, cleaned up after themselves. Very professional, good quality service! I have recommended Majestic to all my friends and family!!!
