“I really wish my experience with this HVAC company had been better, because I chose them based on the reviews. Unfortunately, the service I received raised several concerns. The communication was polite, but the scheduling kept getting pushed back, and I ended up waiting much longer than expected.

The technician was friendly, but the inspection felt rushed, and I left with more questions than answers. What worried me most is that the final cost was noticeably higher than the estimate, even though no extra work was clearly explained.

Nothing extremely dramatic happened, but the overall feeling was that the process wasn’t transparent or well-organized. I personally wouldn’t use this company again, and I would recommend comparing a few other HVAC providers before making a decision.

The service was impressively inefficient, communication was almost non-existent, and the overall attitude could best be described as ‘you’re on your own.’ I walked away genuinely amazed — just not in a good way.
