David came to our place to fix our backed up toilet, and he was on time, he was very polite and professional. He took his time to ensure that the blockage was fixed, even going back to his office to get a machine that would work better than the one he brought. I appreciate the time he took to get our bathroom up and running. He even made sure to clean up any "mess" that was made. 10/10 highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

We had a drain pipe for the bathroom sink corrode in the wall. Charles was able to come out In a very reasonable time to fix it. He is efficient worker and was a pleasure to work with. The cost of the repair was very reasonable. We would use ultra plumbing for future work.

Charles did a fantastic job fixing our leaky tub faucet today. He arrived within the schedule window. Charles was incredibly professional and friendly. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the parts with him to complete the repair on the spot. He worked efficiently, kept his workspace tidy, and even took the time to explain what caused the leak.

We had a clogged toilet at our dental office. Charles came out and took his time explaining to both myself and my husband what was the best solution.
Charles even showed us other errors that previous plumbers made. He corrected those errors and unclogged our toilet.

Raine made coordinating the entire process simple and understandable, provided me with prompt answers to every question I had, as well as a clear itemized rundown of the services needed. When work began, both Davon and Jeremy were not only knowledgeable but respectful of my home and helpful with any questions I had. With the switch from a community well to city water, everything went quick and seamless at an affordable price. Thank you to this company and their workers for making this a stress-free transition!

I faced an emergency plumbing issue when both shut-off valves in my house malfunctioned, which prevented me from turning off the water supply to stop the flow of water from a ruptured water line in the basement, causing extensive damage to the ceiling and walls. I had to contact the city to shut off the water supply.

Ultra Plumbing, LLC sent a licensed plumber, Charles, who assessed the situation and recommended upgrading the outdated stem-type valves to modern ball-lock shut-offs. He also suggested installing a Moen Smart Shut-off to monitor water flow and shut off the supply if any abnormal flow is detected.

I appreciate Charles's professionalism and the safeguards I now have to prevent future issues.

We had Klevis come out to help with a potential
Plumbing issue today. He was so courteous and thorough. Didn't overcharge either. Will do business with this company again.
