Frank came out to bid the job within 48 hours and offered a very fair price. Had a large cluster of dead elm trees that weren’t easy to get to. These guys did a great job! They worked efficiently and safely to cut the trees down and set them aside for my neighbor who wanted the firewood. The crew was very courteous and professional. I will be recommending TrueCut Tree Service to friends and family 👍🏻

Frank and his team traveled across the country to help me and my company recover from Helene. He upheld the industry standard and surpassed it with his service to myself on my personal home, and all of my customers. He treated them like they were his own, and I still have customers telling me how wonderful he is.

I had a very very large oak tree fall on my house during a snow storm. True Cut responded immediately, reassured me they would be there asap and that they would work directly with my insurance company. Bing, bang, boom - Frank and his crew were on site within a few hours with all their heavy equipment removing the fallen tree and Bruce was available for any questions or concerns. Sean and his crew did a great job trimming the storm damage from my Silver Maple tree in my backyard. They took care not to damage my lawn and were respectful to clean up anything that fell into my neighbor's yard. The sales experience was difficult getting the quote and details correct, but the outcome of the work was worth the effort of getting through the sales experience. I would definitely use them again, and highly recommend their workmanship.

This tree cutting company was amazing! They came out for an estimate yesterday and did the work today! They were early , super efficient and organized like a well oiled machine. Frank and his crew were wonderful! So professional and did a fantastic job removing a huge tree in our yard as well as trimming another! They even blew out our gutters for us. There pricing was extremely fair! Highly recommend!

Two trees trimmed plus sadly a massive maple had to come down. Attractive quote, quick to schedule. Shawn plus 2 crew were on time, easy to work with, used amazing modern equipment & were done in 3 hours. Great cleanup. Same great experience as my neighbor had last year! Highly recommend!

We had True Cut Tree remove a very large tree from our very small back yard today. It was a tough job that other companies couldn’t/wouldn’t do. They were early, professional, honest and so very hard working. They were respectful of our property and did a wonderful job! They cleaned up everything and left the yard nicer than it was when they arrived. I give them 👍👍. I would recommend 💯! If you need tree service- this should be your first call!

I am reposting about a tree stump that was not property grinded up. After my post the owner called me and said he would make it right. The owner came to my home today and regrind the stump, also I want to say the owner is very nice and caring. I could tell he cares very much about his business. True Cut Tree removed trees and bushes along with stump grinding. Communicated well. Alex and his crew did an excellent job along with keeping their staff safe. They also took a couple evergreens down for our elderly neighbor on a spare of the moment notice. In fact they assisted our neighbor while he was having a health issue along with stopping back to us to advise of his health situation. We checked on neighbor and doing well. This company went well beyond their job description. We would highly recommend them. Five stars.

I had a tree fall through my roof. TRUE CUT was there quickly and had all of the equipment required to do the job fast and completely. They also coordinated for tarp to be placed on the roof immediately afterward. This saved THOUSANDS of dollars and further damage. My adjuster manipulated the tarp and caused it to leak, the True Cut was there first thing in the morning to make it right!! There are hardly any companies that would accommodate the customer like they did for me!! I genuinely and wholeheartedly recommend them for your services. And no, I'm not being paid or given any compensation for this review. I am a 100% satisfied customer that was helped after the recent storm and remnants of Tropical Storm Beryl.

True Cut did a great job cutting down trees in our yard and trimming other trees on 3 different occasions.
We had a part of a large tree fall on our garage and the guys were able to get it off the garage without damaging anything inside the garage. They came back and finished cutting down the rest of the tree. They do a great job of clean up and left the yard looking good.

Great, prompt and respectful service. Very reasonable prices. Totally recommend them.
