The office staff, especially Ashley, was very helpful in arranging a same-day repair and annual maintenance check. The technician, Edward, was knowledgeable, professional, and very patient in answering all my questions. As a curious homeowner, I like to understand what’s going on, and he took the time to explain everything clearly. Great service all around!

They returned my call fort tuning in the morning and scheduled repair technician to come in same day. He called me when he was on his way. Diagnosed the problem and fixed quickly. Very professional. Highly recommend 911 Mechanical

These guys are AWESOME!!!
My furnace failed. They came right out, analyzed the problem, and fixed it. All the others I called basically told me that a) they could not get out for over two weeks, and b) basically said that would need a new furnace! All without even looking at it.

It is great to have a contractor that I can trust to do the job right!!!

Ashton was very punctual in reaching out schedule a service call, called back within minutes to offer a service call within 20 minutes. Can’t do better than that. Upon arrival 911’s technician Aric introduced himself and jumped right into diagnosing the issue and resolving same within minutes. Decided to request a quote to replace my 25 year old furnace and Aric provided same within minutes. From Ashton reaching out to Aric’s departure 911 got me back up and running in 1 hour. Awesome experience!

Second service call during Thanksgiving weekend

My CO alarm alerted us of a high level of carbon monoxide. Ashton and Stephanie were working on black Friday and sent a technician right away. Jake told us that the furnace was not emitting the CO. He investigated further and determined our hot water heater was the source.
Our previous supplier never took the time to look further. We had a problem earlier in the year with a CO leak and it was never resolved

We experienced a natural gas leak over the weekend. Aric showed up promptly and was diligent in his process of identifying the problems and completing the repairs so that we could have our gas turned back on safely and get back to normal. The service was 💯 affordable and Aric was pleasant, personable and efficient! Kudos to the company for having a knowledgeable and customer service friendly representative!
