5 stars for a quick response and excellent service, especially during the weekend. Artur was great at telling me what the issue was and what it was going to cost up front. I'd definitely use Air Clinic again.

These guys don't wear fancy clothes with company logo and hard hats but they are honest, hard working and get things done in a timely manner.

When I first got my house, the previous landlord had installed a new AC unit, so it passed inspection with flying colors. However, my 2nd summer with that same AC unit I began to have issues. Another company came out told me I was low on freon(possible reasons were either someone jumped my fence and stole my freon, apparently this happens. Or that I have a leak in the system.) They recommended more freon because it was likely that my freon was stolen, didn't bother do check for leaks. Long story short they had to come out a second time, in the same summer to NOW check for leaks and supposedly fixed those leaks. Another year went by, same problem, I called air clinic and these guys told me I was taken advantage of, no leaks or stolen freon. The issue was a mismatch between the old condenser system and the new unit which caused a crack and in the condenser and not in any of the lines that were "fixed" Gave me what seemed a fair pricing when I compared it around town, did the job quickly and quietly, my AC has been working well for two summers now. Thanks AIR CLINIC!!!

Arthur quickly came to our house today too fix or a.c. on an extremely hot and humid day, other places we called were days out. He was very friendly and quickly fixed the problem. Highly recommended!

They came out the same day that I called for help! My furnace was blowing cold air and it’s in the upper 30’s so I was trying to get help ASAP. In less than 10 minutes my heat was working perfectly and it was a great price too! Highly recommend!

Arthur was amazing. He came right out. My furnace stopped working during the night and it’s 1 degree outside. Figured out the issue and had it fixed very quickly. He’s now my go to for all my furnace needs.

I am writing this review for Air Clinic BEFORE they performed any work. I will write another review later (or update this one, whichever works here). You want to consider this an intermediate review, but just imagine how much value I have already received from working with Air Clinic and how impressed I am by their expertise and responsiveness only a great family business can provide. You will not find that anywhere else. I know because I just tried! In three weeks I spent a total of 5+ hours with 6 top companies in my area that do heating and cooling incl. Mitsubishi Diamond mini-split pros for my 3650 sqft house and all of them miserably failed providing an idea of how they work will solve my problem.

Now, Air Clinic's approach to problem solving is fundamentally different from other companies I have EVER interacted with in the US. It's not a money-first approach. In most situations, Air Clinic will not ask you about your budget to create a solution for your budget (This is so dumb that solutions are money-driven! I hate those looks in technicians' eyes, like how much you are worth. Not with Air Clinic, though)...

In stark contrast to those other companies, Air Clinic's absolute initial focus will be solving your problem. This is why this is a solution-first approach. You will be presented with the best possible options for your situation. This can ONLY be done by someone who is truly on top of things in their field and ONLY after they have spent enough time (hours?) analyzing your particular situation. At the end, YOU will be the one asking yourself what fits your budget.

How does that sound? To me, this is the old-school best-quality service!

Yesterday was a Friday and I called Arthur around 6 pm and described my HVAC problem to him. He asked if he could come right away. I was more than happy to hear that, because just before the call I was ranting to my family about all these HVAC companies that came to my house and gave me stupid solutions, then followed up with insane estimates. I was out of options. And then a friend of ours gave me Arthur's phone number.

Arthur came with a fellow technician Artak from Madison Heights to Farmington Hills at 7:30pm, less than 1.5hrs after my call. This was not even a service call and not an emergency, it was a Friday night. Apparently, I sounded so frustrated, they ran to help me get things out of my head. They are a 24/7 service, by the way...

My 1100sqft basement is currently a huge HVAC utility room, and because of that it can also be used as a storage space and that's all. Tens of thousands of dollars were spent by the previous owner and this was the best other companies were able to do.

Arthur and Artak spent 2 hours at my house. We beat the problem to death, every detail, every error was discussed, nothing was left without. And only after we felt we were on top of things and a great solution was born for my very, very complicated case, we stopped and sat down to drink some tea and share some laughs and stories. I was so happy and relieved.

We decided to move the work to September before the next heating season. I will return here for an update after Air Clinic is done with the implementation of the solution we decided to go with.

Artur recently performed our furnace service. He did a great job. He was very professional, knowledgeable and very polite. We hope to have Artur for all our heating and cooling work

Highly recommend - our furnace broke only a couple days before Christmas, Arthur was able to come out, inspect, quote us and have our new furnace installed within only a couple days, for a very fair price.

I called at 4 in the afternoon to have him look at my air conditioner. He told me he had 15 jobs ahead of me and to text my address. He called the next morning to say he was on his way. He gave me a series of options and costs to decide on. Very professional and extremely competitive price wise. I would highly recommend Air Clinic!

Great Service! This was our 2nd time using Air Clinic, and we would again. Our air conditioner stopped working at 8pm on a 90 degree night. Within 30 mins Air Clinic was at our house. They explained/showed me what the problem was, and had the unit back up and running right away. Very professional and reasonably priced. Would recommend to anyone in the Madison Heights area.

Arthur did an excellent job. He was very professional and polite. He had no problem explaining things to me and finding the best solution to my problem. My AC is running well and he even gave me tips to keep my HVAC system running efficiently. "change your filters every month" and he even recommended me a good filter to use from Home Depot ($7.89 3 pack). I would definitely recommend Air Clinic Heating & Cooling. I was relieved after he left and didn't feel like I was victimized by some fraudulent company.

Called the company whose sticker was on my furnace first on Saturday. They told me they couldn't send someone out to diagnose it until sometime on Monday. I called here after they tried to reschedule (twice). Arthur came out the same day and diagnosed the problem. Prompt service, knowledgeable personnel. I would definitely recommend him.

My furnace had quit when I got home at midnight on a night that was -11F. I began looking the next morning. Artur answered quickly and agreed to come by 9 am. When he looked at my furnace, he said he could repair it but that--at its age--I should think of replacing it. He couldn't get me in that day but was there the next morning to install the new furnace at what seemed like a really fair price.

100% recommended. I found them on Google and called Artur. He came out the same night at 8pm to look at the furnace, then drove to Detroit in the morning for the part and had it fixed by lunchtime the next day. Charged a very fair price and no funny business. Try him before the big names I'm sure you'll have a good experience.

Whenever I have issues with my air conditioning I always call Air Clinic! He’s the best, shows up right away if not the very next day. Gets the job done quickly and doesn’t charge an arm and a leg! I have kids so I definitely understand looking for the fastest way to cool off whenever my ac is broken!

This heating and cooling company is by far the BEST company I have deal with! Super fast and affordable. Artur and crew were amazing! I’ve had 4 AC and Furnaces replaced for my rental properties and they did a fantastic job doing so. I will defiantly use Thai company again and recommend them to all my friends and family members.

I called 4 other companies and they all said “well put you on the list” for AC repair. I get that everyone is busy but the only person who could give me an exact time was Air Clinic. After my first phone call they showed up 30 minutes later!! They showed up on time and diagnosed the problem within 1 minute. The replacement of my AC Fan Capacitor took 10 minutes and it worked perfectly. Quick, quality and professional. I’m glad they had the part ready in their truck.
