Not only did he come out promptly and when he said he would, but he was also neat and polite. He covered his shoes without being asked, explained everything to me and even fixed a clog in the sink without me having to ask. Would definitely recommend!!!

Had a problem with my bathtub faucets. Was referred to bob turner plumbing. Very easy to schedule calling the office. Bob came out the next day. Quickly diagnosed and fixed my problem. Bob was cool very easy to talk to and knowledgeable. Would recommend this business to everyone

Called at 8:00AM and Devan came to service the kitchen sink blockage by 10:30AM. Extremely fast service, professional, great communication, friendly, and competitive pricing. Additionally work is needed for the pipes and I will absolutely request to the landlord to have Devan come back for the service. Would highly recommend!

I called at 3:15 to have service done on my kitchen sink, and by 4:15 they had it fixed, thank you for the fast and professional service. We will definitely use Bob Turner plumbing in the future.

We highly recommend Bob Turner Plumbing. Today our plumber Nate Kilpatrick came out to assess three plumbing problems we had. He diagnosed the issues, left to get supplies and came back in less than half an hour. He installed a new kitchen sink faucet, replaced parts on our toilet, and brought our corroded and leaking laundry plumbing up to code, all within four hours. He educated us on how to maintain everything and was very courteous and professional. We will definitely be calling this company for all our future plumbing needs!

Bob replaced 30 feet of sump pump discharge line for me. He showed up when he told me he would be there and did a great job. The job was challenging due to the amount of utilities to work around and the sidewalk square that had to be removed. He worked carefully to avoid any issues with the electrical, gas and fiber optics all so near. In the end he got it all put back together nicely and my sump is draining again. 5-weeks later you barely can tell work was done.

Hats off to Rochester hills plumbing/ Bob Turner plumbing. Communication with the secretary, update to arrival, friendly attitude, explanation of service on detail and outstanding work, done on our city required repairs. I will be using them as our plumber for all future work. As well, referring them to anyone that needs plumbing work done.

Kim was so kind and helpful on the phone! The plumbers that were sent out were professional and very kind. We had another company out before them and they were unable to correct or toilet issue. These guys did a thorough job and made sure the issue was fixed before leaving. We are so thankful for their professionalism, prompt service, and kindness! Hooray our toilet flushes again!!!!

Contracted for a sewer camera inspection prior to home purchase. Gave me a very reasonable price, and was able to get me scheduled on fairly short notice.

Bob was very professional and knowledgeable. My girlfriend is buying her first home, and had many questions. He was more than happy to answer them and explain his concerns. He didn’t try to scare her off the purchase entirely, nor did he try and upsell unnecessary services or work. This was very much appreciated.

He completed our inspection and found some issues with standing water and solids, as well as calcium buildup; but nothing requiring immediate repair. The home was built in 1953, all original, and probably hasn’t had any sewer maintenance in a while.

He recommended we hydrojet and descale lines, flush and reinspect before purchase, just to verify the integrity of the piping in some of the more problematic areas that he couldn’t see clearly on initial inspection, due to standing water.

His quote was again very reasonable and includes a second inspection, and he is willing to get us in before we close on the house.

Kim at the office was quick to respond, and very pleasant to communicate with.

We will be using them again for future repairs and upgrades, and highly recommend you give them a call if you are purchasing a home.

We had Bob Turner Plumbing out to give us a quote on a few projects — rerouting our washer pump drain from the sink to a dedicated plumbing line, fixing a leak, and addressing our waterline running out to the house. They came out promptly to take a look, which we appreciated.

However, it has now been over four weeks and we have still never received a quote for the plumbing reroute work. After calling to follow up, we were told it would be coming soon — but it never did. That kind of follow-through issue makes it difficult to trust them with larger projects.

On top of that, the spigot replacement they did quote us came in higher than every other estimate we received for the same job. We'd recommend getting multiple quotes and following up carefully if you choose to use them.

I was satisfied with the plumbing work, but did not appreciate the stickes they put on things. These stickers are not easy to get off. They did not even
touch my well tank, why is there a sticker on it? My house is not advertising space for your company.
If you have them come to your house, tell them not to put stickers on all you stuff.
