Dan and Marcie are first of all great people. Secondly, they really know how to turn a backyard into an outdoor living space that you just don't want to leave. I'm sometimes amazed that Grand Rapids has this kind of talent. If your in need of a simple patio or an outdoor kitchen, make sure to have Dan work up a landscaping design.

Hard workers!! Every time I had a question, no matter what Jake was doing...he stopped what he was doing and listened. Then answered (not too many people do that). He was genuine and professional! Our experience with Rose Landscape was awesome and I will definitely refer them to all my friends and family! Not only because of how nice everything looks (thank you Dan!) ..but because of Jake.

I've been working with Dan and Marcie of Rose Landscape Services in Grand Rapids, MI over the last year, and I find them to be very honest, professional and kind. Their landscaping designs and workmanship are top shelf. I look forward to the day when I can have an outdoor living space like some of their clients.

Curbside leaf pickup was great! Picked up my leaf piles within 24 hours of calling for service and emailed me a receipt. Great value and service that I will plan to use again!

Dan Rose and his crew are highly professional and highly skilled tradesman. Through all project stages from design consultation, budgeting scope adjustments, demolition, material quality correction, willingness to explore cutting edge material/design and finally construction, Dan and his crew were great listeners and extremely customer oriented. Nothing less then perfection from the customer point of view would suffice through the entire project. We now have our dream patio and our family practically lives outside on it in complete luxurious comfort now. His vision for the project really came to life and far exceeded even our highest hopes. Truly delighted!!!

RLS has plowed my driveway for the past three winters, and I have been very happy with the services! They always have my driveway clean in a reasonable time and the communication is excellent. Highly recommend!

We had four companies suggest designs for our patio and Dan Rose came up with the best design by far. They did a fantastic job and gave us everything we hoped for. That was 2017. We experienced some settling problems in a couple small areas in 2020 and 2021. Both times Dan had someone come out and fix them at no charge. Excellent customer service!

I had about 35 trees installed on my property, and these guys really did a fantastic job. Despite so many trees, they did minimal damage to the lawn. Not only that, but at the very last moment (I think the day before they were set to plant the trees), I wanted to add 5 hydrangeas, and they accommodated that with no problem.

Because there were so many trees and would require a significant amount of irrigation as well, Dan contacted a lawn irrigation/sprinkler company, and they came the next day and installed bubblers to every single newly planted tree. I was very very impressed.

Dan knows everything there is to know about trees as far as I’m concerned. He was extremely knowledgeable about this. My wife and I had many questions, and he answered all of them. So say the least, I would recommend his company when it comes to planting trees to anybody I know. If I decide to have more trees planted in the future, Rose Landscape Services will be the company I’ll always choose.

We are very pleased with Rose's snow removal services. They communicate so well and always leave our driveway looking clean. They have found a good place to put the snow that doesn't inhibit our view or ruin our gardens. We highly recommend them. 👌

Dan listened to our wants and needs and used his amazing creativity to plan the perfect oasis for our lakefront cottage! The team that worked on our job was AMAZING! They jumped to meet every one of our expectations as well as our tight timeline! They were more than willing to accommodate every little request we had along the way! They were the hardest working young men I have ever seen! They took care of every little detail.. to the point of clearing up all their tools on the site every night, so as not to block our lake view and to keep our "construction" area as neat as possible! The transformation to the end result is truly AMAZING. Everyone who has seen it LOVES it! I would highly recommend this company. We could not have been any happier working with them!!!

My assistant didn’t pay this in turn for first snowfall. It’s paid now for the year so be a doll and come out cuz it’s paid and I gave you 5 stars.

I've been very pleased with the services provided for snow removal.
Their prices are competitive, and there is great communication by the owner re snowfalls, ice, weather forecasts, and the game plan on how they will handle it.
Weather in MI is unpredictable, as we all know, but I've experienced nothing but a best effort put forth by them. I switched to another company one year out of the last 5+ years and had a horrible experience with the other west side GR company. I'm very glad I switched back to Rose 2 years ago.
The crew does a very good job on the removal, considering the times I've left my vehicle right in the way of the 3 stall wide driveway. They plow around the vehicle to the best of their ability. Today (Tues/21st) I was gone, and when I returned, the driveway was exceptionally cleared off.
