I needed a part for my sisters 20 yr old dryer, after a call here, they took time to help, but it's too old and time for new, he called me back to see if he could still help, thank you for your personal service, and attention, Scott from Monroe . I recommend they based on this experience.

I called with a refrigerator issue I was having, but unfortunately he wasn't able to service our specific refrigerator. Instead of that being the end of the call, he asked me about the issue I was having and offered advice on what could help, knowing he wouldn't make any money on this particular issue. I will definitely be calling for any future needs with this kind of focus on customer support.

I called to see if they serviced our particular brand of fridge. After telling him the brand, age of the fridge, and issue we were having, he told me to look at a couple of things. This could help determine what it could be and if particular compressor issues. In the end, to save us the cost of a service call and probable expensive fixes it could be, he suggested to replace what we had, and even gave us a heads up on what brands and styles to consider. Was grateful for the help and info he provided over the phone to save us on a service call. This the first time dealing with him, but he will be my first call in the future if needed. Highly recommended!

I called them on a Wednesday and they came the next day. Very nice and honest. I had my heating go on my gas dryer it took him about a hr and was very thorough about what was wrong and honest about the price and it was a fair price. The tech name was Todd.
