Mark Ruldoph was fantastic. Cleaned my furnace, performed checks and diagnosed a small problem. He was able to correct the problem for an additional fee, but my furnace is good to go. I highly recommend iceberg heating and cooling and mark rudolph.

Colin Townley did a AMAZING job he was VERY clear, confident, understanding, and quick. If you call Iceberg to come out to your house; request Colin because he knows what he is doing.

The guys did a great job installing my new furnace. Polite, took time to answer questions. So far I'm loving it. Plus it's very quiet!

Thomas and Teagen were great. They were extremely thorough, explained everything and discussed the pictures they took. They deserve 10 stars!

I recently had a gas leak connected to my furnace unit, and Mark, the HVAC technician from Iceberg Heating & Cooling, came out to handle the repair. I couldn’t be more impressed with his professionalism, expertise, and attention to safety.

From the moment he arrived, Mark clearly explained what needed to be done and took the time to answer all of my questions. He quickly identified the source of the leak and completed the repair efficiently and thoroughly.

I really appreciated how careful and detail-oriented Mark was throughout the entire process, especially since it involved a gas line. He made sure everything was working perfectly, safely, and up to code before he left.

It’s not every day you come across someone who takes such pride in their work. Mark is definitely someone you can trust with your home’s heating system. I highly recommend Iceberg Heating & Cooling — and especially Mark — for any HVAC needs!

Renewed my annual membership with Iceberg Heating & Cooling which I have used for years. Connor performed annual heating maintenance on my furnace today. He is very personable technician and takes the time in explaining what steps that he followed.

Mark Ludolph , the Technician came and took care of my problem with the draining system fast and very efficiently. Advised me to put in a drain stop if the line were to plug up, it would stop water from going all over the floor. Great call Mark. This will solve a major issue for me. Jeff was wonderful! We have been members for years and he is the best tech we have had visit us! Membership is well worth it as you do get great service from the company and the techs!

I have had them come out 4 times over the years for seasonal cleaning and maintenance and just had them install a new A/C system. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They do fantastic work and they stand by it. Customer service and all the techs are always friendly and most importantly get the job done right.

Fast courteous service Jeff was very nice and the helped me very last minute on my part! Will definitely be using them again and I highly recommend them.

Nothing but good things to say. We always get good, knowledgeable service from professional, friendly experts. Our furnace was installed wrong by a former owner of our house, so it never wants to kick on in the fall. Collin came out, cleaned it, and updated us on the state of our furnace. We have the protection plan with Iceberg and they always take great care of us.

I would like to give a huge shout-out and kudos to Mark Ludolph who serviced our furnace last week. He came to the house and diagnosed our problem very quickly. He explained in detail the steps he was taken to diagnose the problem and come up with a solution. It's obvious to me, that Iceberg Heating and Cooling hires and trains their people to be the very best.

Showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions I had. Performed general Maintance and cleaning of all parts. Very happy with these guys.

We booked a maintenance and tune up appointment for our residential AC and furnace today. Jeff was our wonderful technician. He very thoroughly explained the items of his maintenance checklist and went above and beyond answering my questions and giving me detailed instructions and tips for preventative maintenance that I could do between Iceberg appointments.
Pricing and recommendations for surge protection were absolutely reasonable. Iceberg Heating & Cooling is by far the most professional HVAC service that I've ever encountered and Jeff is an exceptional team member. If possible, I would be thrilled to have Jeff return for our next service appointment.
