They take great care of you!!

Ax Now has been stellar! All the phone calls have been answered promptly, the job was fairly priced and they have provided lots of work. I've just now finished sending in my latest job where I fixed these gates to Ax Now! I love this kind of work, I hope they send more!

*Update 8.30.17: I received a call from the marketing manager at Ax now. I appreciate the call and her motivation to get down to the bottom of the situation. She said Dan was overwhelmed the day that him and I spoke, hence the conversation listed below. I understand that everyone has off days, but I still feel that it was unprofessional on his end. I also understand that it is hard to get reviews, let alone good ones. When something bad happens everyone is quick to leave a bad review. I have updated my star rating for this company from 1 star to 3 stars just because the marketing manager made an attempt to right the situation.

I received a call yesterday from a guy named Dan from this company. He asked if we were able to help out with a commercial job in my area. After going over the job details, he sent me all the paperwork to get on their "technician list". I told him we could do the job sometime next week. After I started looking through all of the paperwork, I decided to google the company to make sure it was legit. Upon getting to their google page, I saw several bad reviews from other contractors. I emailed Dan this morning (the next day after me and him spoke) to tell him that at this time we are not interested. He calls me not even 3 minutes later asking what was our question about the job, that we were there and had a question we needed answered. I said no one from my company is at the job. So it seems to me that they are hiring several different companies for the same job..fishy. I told him that he might be thinking of us because I had just emailed him that we weren't interested. He asked why and I said right now we are pretty busy, and to be honest your google reviews from contractors are not the best. He said "your just a handyman company, not very skilled anyways" and hung up. I am so glad I read the reviews before starting any work for this company.

super rude to contractors

Don't do work for these people. They agree to a price and then short pay the bill. We have tried to get an answer as to why and have had no response.

Quite possibly the worst maintenance company I have ever dealt with. Very unprofessional and extremely rude. Would say one thing, and then do another. Could hardly ever get them to answer their phones. Would give 0 out of 5 stars if I could. As a contractor, they treated me terribly too.

This poor excuse for a company attempted to discredit my recent review by responding and saying they have no record of me and that it's likely a fake review. I assure you this is 100% legitimate. Ax now is a complete joke that will take advantage of you

Contractors beware they will not pay you.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. ONE star is way to much for this SHAM of a company. WHAT A JOKE! How this so called company ever received a business license makes you think. I second the opinion of every one star review that was written before mine. Just know they love to play the moving shell game, everything they asked for was sent the day the job was completed, first they claimed you have a missing invoice, 10 days later a missing COI, then 10 days later missing pictures, we have an email paper trail, they are just looking for an excuse not to pay. Once I called them out no one returned calls. I finally had to get a hold of T Mobile corporate to intervene. STAY FAR FAR AWAY.

Rude over the phone and will try anything they can to not pay you.
